Master Choice 2 For 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Horrible customer service. I asked for donuts and was told there was only one size. I look at their menu and it was $2.50 and so I got two of them. I also called them to be sure and I was told there was only 1 size. I go there and he charged me $10. When we asked he said the price went up. Even though only a week ago I ordered and it was the $2.50 price and a friend also told me she went the other day and it was $2.50. But according to him it changed 1 year ago, then he said 6 months ago, then he said it changed since the last time I bought them. It is not about the price difference whatsoever. The donuts are good and I would of paid whatever for them. It was about how he blantenly lied multiple times and how rude he was when I was speaking to him. Times are tough with Covid and the last thing I would want to do is hurt business further for small business owners but the disrespect I received was so bad I felt the need to write...

I have not come across a pizza place like this in over 30 years. A nice cozy friendly local pizza place. Places like these were quite common back in the day. So happy to find one like this again. I was walking by and from the street the sign was not clear. We thought it was a bicycle repair shop, until we came closer. As soon as we walked it we were greeted by this friendly lady. We place the order and I was just enjoying the friendly casual ambiance. And since she asked if this was our first visit she gifted us an order of donuts. Very very pleasantly surprised. We have not experienced this in decades. We ordered Peparoni pizza and honey garlic wings. The wings were nothing to write home about. The pizza was really awesome tho. Really really good. Its been a while buying pizza from Master Choice.. and keep telling my self I need to discover new places. But, I couldn't find a place that offers a delicious, fresh backed pizza that has been made with passion and love like this place. Its family owned. Sylvia "the owner" and her husband are very kind and friendly. Above all, they care about the quality of their products. For them, its not about money. Its all about keeping the high quality food they make for the people who knew, and trust in what they make.
