McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I went through the drive through today (September 24th between 11:30 and 12:15) and kindly asked if they had any apple pies. The woman at the speaker quickly spoke over me and said no they did not have any. It seemed as though she did not check but was possibly just busy at the moment. When I got to the window it was not the same person that took my order so I very kindly asked again if they had any apple pies. He went to check and before he came back I could clearly see and hear the woman who took my order (by her voice) laughing and calling me derogatory names to her coworkers and throwing her hands in the air because I had asked again (she thought I was stupid I presume). When I got the food I had ordered she gave me a very dirty look and continued to laugh at me and shake her head while making eye contact with me. I understand that we are all busy and Having worked in customer service for over 10 years.. the general public can be difficult to deal with. HOWEVER … I see in no way how this concerned her after she was done taking my order and what exactly she gained from putting someone down. I am hopeful this will be addressed as I know the manager can go back and look at who was working during this time. I think everyone should simply be kind as we don’t know what others are going through. I am extremely offended and will no longer be going to this location on a midnight shift. I am extremely happy with the service today, I usually don't leave reviews but the lady who assisted me today was phenomenal. I didn't get her name but she was a small brunette girl working between 12:30-1:30 pm at the cash register June 15/2022

I am disabled and use a cane to avoid falls due to my condition, and ordered a small eat-in lunch (cheeseburger, small fry and a coffee). The young lady during a rush noticed that I was using a cane and offered to carry my tray for me (I said it's okay but it was that thought that was super sweet to me). On my way out I ordered a take out meal for my SO & a second coffee for him. She noticed I had my coffee from earlier, plus the additional bag to carry & offered both a tray and assistance again. I did take her up on the tray offer, but was okay to carry out the food. But it was just so nice to see the care she had for others.

I wish I got her name, but I hope her management see this review & reward her in some way. Extremely nice seeing such supportive, caring and assisting...

As a fellow mc Donald's employee I went in to get 2 jr chickens and a small drink of which I get my discount at every other McDonald's location but this one after had told me I could not use the discount and I didn't have enough change on me to pay the full price so I told them that I've gotten it everywhere else and at that location before then the manager, June her name was, said in a very rude tone "WELL NOT ANYMORE" and I got nothing to eat and left never getting food here again and it's closest to my house. I know employees should be a lot nicer to people, customers. And I found this very horrible my family has had many incidents where this location forgets food and managers refuse to give it to us, after coming inside from the drive through that's ridiculous.
