McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I recently visited the McDonald's located inside Walmart in Brockville and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered just one Habanero Chicken sandwich, and it took a staggering 30 minutes to prepare. When I finally went to the counter to check on my food, they claimed they had already given it to me, which was not true. There was only one girl working behind the counter, which clearly contributed to the delay and confusion. This location is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Additionally, there wasn't a single table available for customers to sit at, making the experience even worse. The wait time was unacceptable, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. This is not the level of service I expect from McDonald's. I won't be returning to this location...

The play structure is poorly designed as there is no emergency exit. During our visit, a child was in the middle portion of the stairs and fell ill. Unfortunately projectile vomiting all over the stairs. Children were trapped on the top half crying to get down to their parents. Staff had to clean the area before the children could be freed. Parents including myself were waiting more then 20 minutes for staff to clean the task and the children could get out. The smell was awful and I can only assume it was contagious and we were all breathing in the sickness. I don’t understand how this passed...

The girl behind the counter was rude with a real attitude. I saw her give attitude to a senior who simply wanted to know why his order has taken 20 minutes to prepare. Her response was I can't control hiw fast he makes rhe burgers in the back.Huh,??? She was obviously the lead or at least she thought she but had mo control over the staff, as none of them seemed overly enthusiastic about serving the about 12 people who were standing around waiting for their orders. Thus we the 1st and last time I will ever stop at...
