McDonald's — Restaurant in Ontario

I initially had posted a negative review about always receiving the wrong meals and I thought I had resolved it with the manager, so I redacted my bad review and put up a good one. I should not have done that. it takes 20 minutes walk for me to walk back there to get it fixed and then 20 mins home. Last night a friend went and picked up an order for me and it was a chicken bacon ranch wrap, a poutine, and a root beer. They couldn’t make the poutine. Instead, they gave me a large drink, but still charge me for the poutine. But whatever fine I just wanted to get my food because it was 1130 at night and I hadn’t eaten all day. I get my food at the apartment and on the bag the receipt for the order is says everything that I ordered I open the bag and there’s fries and a quarter pounder burger. I mean I understand mixing up a burger and a big Mac. How do you mix up the giant wrap containers with a burger box? At this point, I swear to God they’re doing it on purpose. So I had to walk all the way back down to McDonald’s at around 1 o’clock in the morning. Just so I can go and get my money back because I paid almost $15 for a quarter pounder, french fries that I didn’t want and a large root beer that was very flat to make up for not having my poutine.

To make up for all the problems I was having before with meals not being made, cracked and not being able to call and get it sorted out the manager gave me two meal vouchers, and when I went to collect from the woman I dealt with so passive aggressive it made me actually uncomfortable. If management doesn’t get this figured out, nobody is going to keep...

Out of towners here for the Cherry festival. Dropped in afterwards and they did not have the Happy Meal toy we wanted so we were eating some watermelon from Sobeys as we were deciding what to order. A rude male older employee asked "Do u have any McDonald's food?" I explained that they were out of what we wanted...his response "AND? Well u need to order food!". With this unapologetic attitude we decided to leave. As we were in the parking lot at 1050pm, this same employee was smoking a cigarette then proceeded to enter his personal car and block the drive thru window. We were curious to what he was doing since this is a 24hours establishment with the lobby open till midnight. Between 11-1110 at least a dozen cars pulled in, tried to order at the drive thru (no response), they then got out and attempted to go inside (no response). I asked a potential customer and he said "They are jerks and do this all the time, close up shop by 11pm, even though they are 24hours". My opinion....don't come to this McDonald's looking for quality customer service or even basic courtesy of writing a note to customers of a closing time for whatever reason. Many many dollars lost today during a town event night and it seems like this is a common daily practice of shady, rude and profit losing employees doing as...

They should start closing the dining area at 10 with how much they ignore it and leave people who order in till last. Took 20 minutes and the drive thru would've taken 5.

2nd Review. Went back for dinner a few weeks later only to have a ruder experience from the staff snarking at me and my mother and making comments about us in the back. The person who took our order rudely tossed us out change and yelled loudly to the back after my mother asked for light sauce after our last visit. After getting our order in unreasonable time again we didn't even get a tray even though we said we were eating in and they started cleaning as soon as we started eating even though the restaurant was empty before we entered.
