I was busy at work, hungry, called order some pizza. " give us 45 min"... sounds about right. 1.5 hours later, I called back, asking nicely is the pizza on the way. Yes it on the way, she just left. 30min later, PizzaHut called me on my cell phone saying the driver can't find my address, (P.S my work place is 2 min away from this Pizza Hut Location. ANOTHER 20 min, the driver showed up to my work place, pizzas delivered, cold, and disguisting! I was hungry, ate 1 slice, to fullfil my hunger. Called back to Pizza Hut on Grand Ave, telling them in a nice manner that the pizza is cold, it took over 2 hours to get to my place. " Sorry, we will mail you a gift certificate of 35 dollars, for you to order another order. TRUSTING them I gave them my work place address, hoping will get my certificate. 3 weeks later still have no certificate. 3 weeks later I called again for another order, even tho I didn't receive the appology gift certificate!... asking to place an order. at the end of the order, I asked the manager, can you make sure the pizza doesn't take too long like last time... the manager KRIS or whatever his name is give an attitude. " I WAS THE ONE TAKING YOUR ORDER, IT CAME ON TIME!".... okay.... can I cancelled my order, I will not order from PizzaHut again. " okay" "click " hang up. SORRY PIZZAHUT FRANCHISE! Maybe this owner EGO is too BIIIIGGGG to say sorry and admitted that he's wrong. I'm an OWNER too, but when I do business, I put my EGO aside to give a service that a paying client would deserve. (UNLESS the client is being rude). I know I'm just ONE client from hundreds of thousands of client of PIZZAHUT.... but his one is gone forever, and so is most of my family, my friends, my clients..... 1 do make a HUGE difference. Hoping this post will get to the one that care about PIZZAHUT reputation and do something about it. B/c this KRIS MANAGER OF YOURS, ARE THE FLY IN THE SOUP, WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS SLOWLY.

Read moreI really like the stuffed crust pizza they have there, but like another reviewer said, this restaurant is so unpredictable with its cooking. Sometimes I get it perfect and other times it's like it's been sitting out all day, ice cold, with mashed up toppings. I think someone who works there just doesn't care at all.
The reason I'm writing this was because of my latest experience. I ordered my regular order but when it got to me it was cold and squished into the corner of the box. I tried to microwave the slices I could salvage but it tasted old, like it had been cooked yesterday. I called to get another pizza sent (because maybe my delivery was the last stop and the pizza fell?) and the girl on the phone told me she would send a fresh one out free.
2 hours later, I'm wondering where the free pizza is. So I call again and she says it was sent out long ago. So obviously my pizza is missing and at this point the store is closing in 15 minutes. She offers me a coupon, which I refuse, and then I have to hassle her for a few more minutes for a refund.
Basically in the end I didn't get dinner, I had to rush out the door to pick up a refund that I had to squeeze the girl for, and I'll never be going back to this Pizza Hut ever again.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Pizza Hut location. I went in to redeem an offer that was clearly shown in a promotional picture stating it was valid for pickup orders from the store. There were no asterisks, no fine print, and nowhere did it mention that the order had to be placed online.
When I tried to place the order in-store, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from a lady who seemed to be either the manager or the owner. Instead of handling the confusion with courtesy, she was dismissive, argumentative, and insulting. As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and clear communication.
The lack of transparency in advertising combined with the disrespectful attitude of the staff made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend...
