The first order I placed off of skip, everything was great. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were, so I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for the price.

I have now ordered about 5 or 6 times, and I can honestly say it went further downhill with each order, until today, where I am officially done giving them second chances. Today tops the cake. See my pictures. There was some sort of white glue like substance all in my home fries! I could not remove the home fries from the paper wrapping underneath as it was hard as a rock stuck together and to the paper. I was missing one piece of bacon (should have got 4 as per usual, and I got 3). I asked for the bacon well done, and it was cold and limp. I asked for brown toast and I got white toast burnt. I could not eat anything other than my 3 measly pieces of bacon. Another meal in the order was very cold and the potatoes were mushy. She asked for white toast well done, and got brown toast burnt. She asked for bacon well done and got limp cold bacon as well. We asked for 3 sets of plastic cutlery (one set per order) and we got nothing. No napkins either. And we asked for jam and ketchup, and we got 2 pack of each (for 3 meals). I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly and it goes to an answering machine that is not set up to say anything other than "Hello, we are not available now".

Pervious orders we had similar toast issues as listed above, and missing meat. I called the restaurant before and the owner was nice about it and said next order he would take care of it, however I did not feel the need to take him up on that. Just wanted to bring the problem to their attention as it seemed to be an inattentive staff problem. It is clear to me now that they just do not care about what gets put out of their kitchen or the quality of it. I am honestly angry I recommended this place to a few friends for take out options. I will not be ordering again. I think they've been given enough chances and enough opportunities to correct the problems and nothing seems to be...

I have been going to this restaurant for around 15 years now. I enjoy their food, generous portions, reasonably priced and made fairly quickly considering a) they are a two man show and b) it's made fresh to order, not from under some heat lamp. As for being grouchy, she is a tad on the shy side actually, but since I've been going for so many years, she laughs with me, makes a bit of conversation and smiles when smiled at. I have witnessed other people interacting with her where she appeared to be "short" or possibly perceived as "grouchy", but since I remember the first few times I went there, I know it's just her not knowing the person and some people have a harder time being social than others. I have brought many new customers to this place over the years and will continue to support this "Mom& Pop" restaurant for as long as they have it, or I am here in Windsor! I do wish for her sake they would hire a table bus person/ dish washer to take some of the load off of her and to make sure the tables are cleared up quickly for the next person before they are seated, but also understand having been in the business myself for years that it's so hard to find good reliable, trustworthy long...

Yeah place won't last like this . No greeting upon arrival. Sat ourselves Took the waitress 10 mins just to bring my coffee ( after I asked for it) and another 5 before she came back to take the rest of the drink orders , and food orders . Not very friendly either looks like shes given up trying actually . This is the third time I've been back since the new owners took over and the third time WASNT a charm . Food isn't great . Cheesecake was not set AND not good over all . And they have " no name " bottles of jam at every table for everyone to dip their germs and whatever else they feel like , in. Very unsanitary and gross.cutting corners is very obvious at this restaurant and destroys a restaurant quickly.
