Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Rarely ever give good reviews but I had an amazing experience tonight.

I wish I got the name of the server who gave me the most amazing service ive ever seen in a fast food environment ir even restaraunt at that.

Even though I showed up 40 minutes after close, after everything was packed up. The amazing person behind the counter told me she would be glad to serve me.i told her I didnt want to be a hassle and she said she wanted to serve me and it would make her happy to do so! With that being said, i hands down cannot complain and was left so pleased. I could cleary see they were closed and felt silly asking if they were open. EVERYTHING was put away, the place was clean, spic & span.

Well subs were good but the lady was rushing us even thought at the time we were the only ones at the store. I was looking at tge menue since I do not eat there often and she was pushing us to hurry up and even said "do you even know what bread you want" because she was so pushy I didn't even get to decide and went with tge only thing I knew. Also my spouse asked for honey mustard and because she was rushing(again no other people) she just put mustard on his and he even went to say no but too late it was on it and she didn't even hear him try to say no to mustard. Honestly we should have made her remake it. So bad experience. I still don't get the...

I go there two to three times a week, and it seems that it's slow, the one girl that works in there she pretty good she fast and don't stop when she talks ,the the girl that works slow the one day I asked for ketchup and she gave me about 10 to 15 and they was stuck together because one of the package was broken and they all stuck together in a ball of ketchup packages, to cheap to throw them out, instead give them to a costumer to get their hands all sticky ,"VERY CLASSY FOR A CHAIN...
