Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible! Horrible service and horrible sandwiches. Elderly lady who made my subs in the morning was very rude and stand offish. Very stingy on toppings. Asked her to put more olives on my subs and got a response of "we have a limit to how many toppings we can put on. We can only put on 6 olives per Sandwich!" I then asked her if there was anyway to get extra toppings or to charge me for more toppings. She said "nope, we don't have a button for that. If you go to order a pizza they charge you for extra toppings. Right?"

What does that have to do with anything? Every other subway and sub place iv'e gone to always accommodates for the way I WANT MY SUB. If you can't make it the way I want it than what am I paying for? And if your so concerned about making an idiotic reference for extra charges for toppings on a pizza than maybe you should go into the pizza business??? Subway is one of the biggest sub chains in the world, but I guess they can't afford to accommodate their customers for a few extra olives?

I can now see why others have complained and posted negative reviews about the elderly associates there as well. Not welcoming at all. Very sad and disappointing on...

Came here at around 7 pm on Monday August 7 2023.

The young girl staff clearly is a racist. When I walked in, no greetings, nothing, until I spoke.

I ordered on the app, because there’s a $2 off. When she received the order, continued saying nothing. Just work on the sandwich. Sandwich itself tastes okay, but the steak is cold, while the bread is warm.

When she finished making, handed to me, still no conversation. I said thank you, no response. HOW RUDE IS THAT!

I never had such a bad experience with subway across the country, never.

Why I’m saying she’s racist? Because she greeted every other customers, had normal conversation, polite.

I’ll submit a complaint to the subway customer...

Our Subway experience in Blenheim Ontario was a delicious one. We had a steak and egg with Monterey habanero cheese, tomato and chipotle sauce 12 inch. We split it in half and we were full. JUMPIN J HOSIPHAT! It was amazing. The bun was toasted to perfection and I ask for an extree piece of tomato and I got it and a free smile. The young lady at the counter was very polite and professional. The place was tidy, tables clean and latex gloves were used in handling the food. There are tables specifically designated for differently abled persons. KUDOOS PEEPS! The rubbish bins weren't packed and it smelled like heaven ..sub heaven. Luv Malcom💪😎💜Stay...
