FROSTBITES — Restaurant in Ontario

First time here. The prices are fantastic compared to most ice cream joints. I had the soft serve twist in waffle cone and it was great. A family member had the pistachio almond and definitely more of a fake taste than the usual pistachio ice cream you find-even the colour was a bright blue-green lol-thats Shaws error not Frostbites! We went on a Friday night and the line up was out the door and unfortunately there was only 1 young guy working all by himself. He handled it like a champ but he shouldn't have to work alone on busy nights. Hopefully he's getting paid more than minimum wage working a job for more than 1 person. Give the guy a raise-he...

Only one person working with a line of 30+ people on a Sunday afternoon. Management should re-evaluate the work flow of this place . Very long line! Crammed and the line goes out the door into the heat.
