Friendly staff, steady business with timely service. Find all Tim Horton's miss and hit for me. Fell in love with their steeped tea when they came out with it. Unfortunately it doesn't matter which Tim's I go to, I rarely get a good steeped tea anymore. It's weak or tastes like hot milk, they put cream instead of milk (can't tolerate cream especially in tea), get a coffee instead of the steeped tea, it tastes like they used bagged tea, the cup isn't full, its fiiled enough for the next size smaller. Don't stop as often because of the issues I've had. Make my own at home with Mrs Tea and make decaf. It's unfortunate because I use to stop at least once a day if I was near one. If I don't notice it's not right before I leave, I'm out of luck unless I go back or call. Closest Tim Horton's for me is at least 15 minutes away in another town. We don't have a Tim Hortons in our small town. I've spoke to a few managers at the ones I usually stop at when the teas been wrong and they've always been nice about it but the problem is it keeps happening. Feel I've been pretty understanding, they are busy, maybe new people. But at the same time, I believe you should get what you ordered and paid for. A little silly but I smell it now when I get it to make sure it's not coffee, gets rid of that issue. Shouldn't have to do that though. When my order is correct I'd give them 4 stars. As they keep adding more food to the menu, the drive thru wait times are huge now. Always make sure I have extra...
Read moreMy husband and I are fans of Tim's lattes, but we are very sensitive to the fact that it takes awhile to make two lattes at Tim's, and we don't want to hold up all the 'double-double' cars, especially during the morning rush. So we've been using the mobile app to order ahead (I usually order 10-15 minutes ahead). However, the last few times we did this, we were told that the drinks weren't ready, and to pull over and they would bring our drinks out to us at the front of the store. What, then, is the point of mobile ordering ahead? I guess we'll just return to ordering the usual way at the drive-thru window when we arrive. Confusing and disappointing.
Hmmmm......while I appreciate the reply, this does seem to be a problem at this particular location. Yesterday, when this happened for the third time in one week, we were told by the drive-thru attendant that mobile orders go to the front counter and not to the drive-thru, even if you order pick-up at the drive-thru. So why wouldn't the front counter staff simply make our lattes when they receive the order and let the drive-thru staff know they are ready when we arrive? Doesn't seem like rocket...
Read moreWas there this more at 8:15 am the place was a mess every table was dirty the floors were dirty. Used the women’s washroom floors were dirty both stalls no toilet paper I had to go ask. Young girl filled them and I said to her this Tim’s is pretty unkept her response was they are open and 7 am and only two staff to start. It wasn’t busy at 8:15 am and there were at least 6 staff on. You could tell the floors had not been done in a while also if they bathrooms had of been fresh in the morning there would be toilet paper. So on our way back from amherstburg same day around 2:00 pm so six hours later I could absolutely tell the floors had not been done once and the bathroom obviously was not clean as the same broken key chain was sitting on the counter from the morning stop. Urine in the one stall on the floor. At the end of the evening u would think that the floors and bathrooms would have been done for the morning. Makes me wonder what their kitchen area is like. Do they really wash things in the back. Worst Tim’s I have ever been too. What is wrong with the manager at...
