ever since they re-opened it has gone down the drain. My brother and I received Horrific service from one waitress specifically, the air hockey table was not open for use, the juke box was on and running so my brother put 5$ in it and then was told "oh yeah it only works sometimes sorry" and was told there was nothing they can do about it. instead of being billed for 5 pounds of wings 45$ ( in bulk) I was billed for 1 pound of wings 5 times 60$, after having to go to a manger there was no apology for the mistake, she spent 70% of my 1.5 hours their either eating wings at the bar with the hands she uses to touch my food, or talking to a group of her friends that came in to eat (that's the worst) the food was good and came sort of fast but you can barely give credit where credit is due to the cooks when you have so many other things going wrong. If I get good service I tip well usually 20%. but after that I gave her a dollar and she sighed at me because of it. when asking for napkins she threw them on the table, just too many...

Called in they offered to remake but not from town so would have to drive back so that wouldn'twork. Then was told to have a good evening as they hung up. Just ate a wing horrible taste not going to eat anything else from this order. So tired of these places or so called restaurants with whoever they can grab to cook. No skills other than self proclaimed or their family or friends taste something and suggest they should be a cook.. Definitely not a chef. These were simple dishes and if you can't do these meals always good consistently then shut your doors and stop screwing customers. I'm tired of hearing the same excuse of ohhh. Read moreFeb 1st my family and i visited swazzees ..i have a severe shellfish allergy ..we told our waitress she made a note on our order for the kitchen staff.. our waitress was fantastic..our meal arrived looked amazing however in my daughters poutine there was a shrimp and a piece of crab ...we didn't stay and eat i could not chance going into anaphylactic shock being 3 months pregnant , the cook didn't know how the shellfish ended up in my daughters poutine , the waitress had to call the owner due to a discrepancy between the cook and waitress , Swazzees has always been our go to place because i have never had any issues there with any of my meals until tonight ..sadden me that i am not comfortable enough to...
