Walked for the first time at this location on a afternoon and it was empty inside. The place looked very dirty from the moment I walked in. Floor was stained throughout the dining area, windows dirty , tables with stains also , flies all over the menu monitors and who knows where else they sit around the shop. Told the 2 people behind the desk about the issues im seeing just by walking in . They didn't seem to worry or care but i asked who is the manager for this location? (Who knows what else is behind the counter or in their kitchen area. ) So the young lady brought from the back a couple of managers in their 60s and told them how is possible with no one at the time in the shop the place to look so filthy. Their explanation was that there are alot of farmers in the area and that's why the floor is dirty with ice cream stains or glazing from donuts. Also the response for my concern about many flies was that because of the farms in the area when people walks in so the army of flies come in. I told them that I've been to many filthy locations of Tim Hortons but this has to be the dirtiest one. Manager replied she has seen worst than this location. So in total 2 workers and 2 managers can't keep a store clean with 0 customers inside on that afternoon. I will never stop again at this location. Never seen 2 managers that blame everything on anything else than themselves. Does anyone inspect these locations once in a while? I wonder many times i see a place like this. I don't usually like to leave a bad review about businesses but the ignorance of the 2 evening managers in their left...

Truck ahead of us is waiting at drive thru... looks like he ordered. We approach ... SILENCE. We say hello three times. NOTHING FROM THE MAGICAL LITTLE BOX. So we drive thru. We notice the man in the truck is also looking perplexed. No coffee in hand.
So I called ...
Ring ring ring ... a nasty sounding woman answers.
I say "oh, what time are you open?"
She answers angrily "we NEVER closed!"
I reply "uuuh... I was just in your drive thru for 15 minutes (dramatic value) and you ignored me!"
She then said "15 minute, really (with angst)"
I said "well no... but I wanted a coffe and you ignored myself and another vehicle in your drive thru!"
Then she asked where I think I'm calling ... I said the Tim Hortons in Brantford. Then she said NO WE ARE IN CAINSVILLE. THEN HANGS UP!
What the geographically challenged noob didn't realize is Brantford turns into cainsville after Gaeden ave.
Hire more competent employees. Not nasty trolls. See what happens when you refuse my coffe. I get REALLY MEAN!
Sorry for the rude language but your employee hung up on me AND ignored TWO customers in a drive thru.
Happy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have not visited Tim Hortons in the morning for quite a while. I live in West Brant and have many options to have a āTimāsā but decline every time because I simply cannot stand waiting in the drive thru. So I decided to just make at home and avoid the aggravation altogether. As many Brantford commuters know, Copetown exit was under construction and had no access. This changed my commute route and had me passing this Tim Hortons in the morning. One morning I was unprepared and running late so I decided to stop at this location to grab my morning tea. Iām so glad I did. They are super fast, efficient and friendly. I donāt think I have waited longer than 2 mins in the MORNING line. I canāt praise these workers enough. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right....
