Disappointed with Tim Hortons

I recently visited this particular Tim Hortons, and I have to say, I was not very impressed with my experience. The overall quality of the food and service left a lot to be desired.

First of all, the coffee was quite underwhelming. I ordered a medium coffee, but it tasted weak, watered down and lacked the rich flavor I expected. It seemed like they skimped on the amount of coffee grounds, resulting in a disappointing beverage. I've had way better coffee from other establishments at a similar price point.

Moving on to the food, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it was nothing to write home about. The bread was dry and lacked freshness, and the eggs seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The overall taste was bland, and I found myself longing for more flavor and better quality ingredients that are not just tossed together.

The service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive to customers. I had to wait in line for quite a while, and when it was finally my turn to order, the cashier seemed indifferent and not very friendly was no friendly greeting, instead she just kinda stared at me waiting for my order. The lack of enthusiasm and care from the employees DEFINITELY impacted my overall impression of the place.

Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was far from impressive. The coffee was weak, the food was mediocre, the service was lackluster, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. I expected more from a well-known chain like Tim Hortons, and I don't think I'll be returning...

the front counter lady Samantha was extremely rude and doesn’t greet at all (well we don’t need any) and looks like tim horton getting her to work without her willing. We ordered a bag of potato wedges on the counter she just threw on the counter . We didn’t really know if it belongs to us or the another customer standing besides us. Everyone have their days we do understand that! However, if you cant put smile on your face just dont disrespect the customer. Such kind of rude cashiers need to learn about the exact meaning of “customer service “ before actually starting working on the floor as a CASHIER. Never wanna visit this store . There is an Indian employee working mostly works on Thursdays mornings afternoons shift and is very rude. We told her to make a chicken wrap with no bacon and she started gossiping about Indians with her co-workers. Every customer has a right to customise their meal. When we asked about her name the other employee refused to tell her name although every employee is supposed to have a name badge on their uniform. Very very rude. Some people think they own the place after getting a small promotion. The other employees were very sweet but that employee was very rude.
