Hello I live in Kingston, Ontario and I frequently visit your Collins Bay location before and after work in the mornings it’s pretty good. It’s quite quick but it seems in the afternoons around 4:30 5 o’clock is when I get there the service is almost ridiculously poor I’m not sure if it’s the people that work there at that time of the day or what but I usually order after work an ice cap one large and a large dragon, fruit pineapple lemonade usually I don’t have to wait anymore than maybe a few minutes. but usually I get the lemonade first cause it’s the quickest thing. Today was another story. I got the ice cap pretty quick by the time I got to the window and I had to wait roughly 10 minutes to get my lemonade to the point where I knocked on the drive-through window and was met with attitude with some lady I’m not sure who what her name is but she is a bigger woman wears glasses. I guess she didn’t think I heard her through the window even though it’s cracked saying I’m making it and when she opened up the window, she met me with attitude saying I’m making your lemonade hold on which then I responded with it. I don’t think it should take 10 minutes to make a lemonade when I already got my ice cap, which is now pretty melted because it’s 31° and it’s even hotter in a car. Read moreHonestly, if I could give ten out of five for the service I would. I placed an order with the app on Sunday Jan 7th and picked up my order at the counter. There was a substitution to my order for my nephew. One of your staff members took the time to check if there were any more of the kind of doughnut he wanted, there unfortunately wasn’t so they made one special for him by taking a honey dipped doughnut and putting chocolate frosting on it.
I know this doesn’t sound like much lol, but my sister (his mother) has been admitted to KGH for over a month and we were coming back from visiting his mom, and this act of kindness had to make him feel better.
I frequent this location regularly and never think to leave a review, simply because it runs so well, I can say I have never once had an issue at this location.

Read moreTerrible place to go for coffee. When their debit machine is down (which is fine it happens from time to time) they don’t post any signs saying it’s down. They will let u sit in the drive through for 15 minutes (because they are so slow) and then they will let u order your food and still not tell u you their debit is down then when u proceed to go pay for it they tell u their debit is down. So the young kid working the drive thru says it’s ok it’s on us today which was nice of him (shout out to that kid) but the KAREN in the back proceeded to tell him that they don’t give anything away for free and if I can’t get cash then it’s my problem not their problem well it’s not my problem because it’s not my business and they will not get my business again.
