I've been going here almost daily for the past 4 years as I work just down the road. I wouldn't say they are rude, but just not pleasant. No hello, thank you, have a nice day... when you pay they put the debit machine and your coffee out the window at the same time. So you have to juggle everything because they typically just have their head turned. (I've lost 2 drinks in the 4 years.) I always get a steeped tea yet 25% of the time it's a coffee. I give it the smell test and they always take it back to give me my correct drink (never once did I get an I'm sorry). The last time (and I mean the last time I'll ever visit this location) she made me have a drink of the hot coffee to prove it wasn't my tea. Been a week and my tongue is still sensitive to touch. I know people won't read this to decide which Tim's to visit, but I would recommend avoiding this one. The training is lacking for common pleasantries. There is another just around the corner on kiel and riverview. My new go-to. ( one week in and all correct orders).
I'm certain the owner is going to Reply with the standard "visit our website to complain and set things right", so don't waste your time. I did set it right, I don't need compensation, I'll just avoid your sub standard tim hortons.
(Edit Aug 30 at 5:07pm.) This is what I'm talking about. I specifically asked for no reply to visit your site or call your number to "set it right". Can't even get your...
Read moreThis location takes the record for the longest drive through wait for service in my life at a fast food, lol. At this timmies this definition is a joke..... Fast. 🤣🤣 During my wait at noon hour on the 17th three cars pulled out of the drive through line. One of those cars parked, the occupant went into the store and came out, order in hand before I even advanced in the drive thru line a single inch. When I got to the window I got to hear employees casual banter between ea h other about oh I knew you were married but didn't know you had a husband, indicative of the level of urgency placed on servicing customers orders. A young woman stood centre stage observing everything. As I waited for my sandwich she then came over and asked if I was waiting for food. All I could do to contain myself to not sarcastically respond, no I'm waiting for a present from Santa Claus. Maybe if you pitched in with your co workers we all wouldn't be waiting for food for so long. It appears this restaraunt doesn't know how to prioritise food from the drive thru lane to avoid backups. My one craveables sandwich resulted in around eight customer drinks sitting at the drive thru window as I sat parked there waiting for it. Big fail for this location. Will drive a further five minutes across town where they are a lot...
Read moreHad a a bad order of ice caps... Manager patty said no prob come in and we'll make it right.. Get there and this big heavy lady with a huge face says.. No im not going to replace them.. We were told by the Manager patty to come in... I don't care I'm not replacing them.. I asked for her name she refused said I'm not giving you my name... I was taken aback.. I said I wonder how corporate would think of your handling this... She shrugs her shoulders and says I don't care... Wow... If this is what Tim Hortons has on their front lines.. They are doomed. I have been in business for 35 years and would never treat a customer in this manor.. Especially for 8 bucks. This lady needs to be reprimanded.. Better yet fired for upsetting my wife and myself. She has zero and I mean zero customer service skills.. And no personality. Lady shame on you for ruining our nice Sunday afternoon with our kids. I will not be returning to this place. I say to all stay away from this location and if Tim Hortons allows this kind of mistreatment stay away from them. I'll take to social media soon . However I'll wait to speak to the owner personally if he or she contacts me. I'm not letting this go... It was so so unnecessary. Again shame on...
