I spent $3000 on bed set without any negotiation and I received a damaged bed. At the time of purchase sales person gagan told that if you face any problems within 1 year . I am here to help . At the time of purchase , I informed I have to visit India within a week they said no worries. But when I get back from India and saw the damage I called multiple times and every time he said I will replace it but 2 months passed and then we meet him face to face he denied to do anything and said you informed after one month nothing can be done .Its a complete joke and terrible customer service I didn’t even get the screws and bolts with the bed and I called for that too so many times but again no reply.
