Tortoise + Hare — Restaurant in Ontario

My boyfriend and I went into the restaurant and sat down at an empty table. There were maybe 3 other tables of people in the entire place. After 15 minutes I went up to the bar and asked for menus. I was given the menu for the concession stand. I looked over that menu and went back up to the bar asking for the full menu. The rude guy behind the counter told me that it was the full menu (I've been there before and know it wasn't the correct menu) I went and sat back down with my boyfriend. 15 minutes later still nobody had come to our table to see if we wanted drinks or if we would like to order. The waitress was to busy laughing and joking with the table next to us. She completely ignored us and walked right by our table at least a dozen times. When we said excuse me to her for about the fourth time she continued to act like we weren't even sitting there so we got up and left....

After reading the reviews, I was a bit turned off thinking that this place might not be great quality. We decided to try it out anyway because my daughter was celebrating her birthday at Clip 'n Climb, and good thing we did! This restuarant is great! We had a large party and everyone left with smiles. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean. The waiter was friendly, professional, and down to earth. The fries were excellent: made with fresh potatoes, including skins. I ordered a chicken wrap; the veggies were all crispy and fresh; the chicken was grilled and good quality. We had spaghetti with marinara, which was very tasty and well...

We were here for a hockey tournament. There seemed to be one waitress for the entire place. We waited 45 minutes for our food and that was because we asked multiple times on the timing for the food. Mot sure how long it would be. The waitress seemed bothered to be working. We were given no silverware so we asked other tables for theirs because we could not find the server. This places is over priced 4.50 for a standard piece of pepperoni pizza. ...
