I must say this Tim Hortons, is absolutely the most worst experience I have had on multiple occasions’. I only come to this Timmy’s because I work right near there & the customer service is horrible & the staff is very unhappy 🙁 as well as disorganized! You walk-in with a mobile order & it takes longer for your order to be completed; your better off waiting in line and order because you will get the order quicker than the mobile order which I thought mobile ordering your order is completed quicker but evidently not. I ordered a XL (BLK ☕️) n’ ordered through the app in drive thru & didn’t get what I asked for! Instead I got a XL DBL DBL! I asked for double cup which I had the .10c ready and a tip but didn’t get double cup had to ask again & it was like a bother & I understand every business has to make ‘money’, but when ordering a BLK ☕️ you all should double cup it since the cups are not good quality. The Customer Servide is horrible here the washrooms are disgusting & need a thorough cleaning & more communication with the staff is required and need to work on teamwork skills also please clean the garbages. I will come back only for the reason of convenience since working close by. I normally don’t like negative reviews but seriously ‘WAKE UP Y’ALL’ & my msg to some staff members’ “If you don’t like where you work & not happy doing it find other work”!...

As a former Tim’s employee, I hate to have to write this review, but I’ve had bad experiences multiple times when I’ve gone in (rather than drive-thru, which is usually super quick). The staff are friendly and welcoming but on multiple occasions I’ve waited excessively long times for my order. Today, it took them 15 minutes to even start making my wrap - 5 minutes after I asked an employee about my food. She asked the girl at the food station (short with long, dark brown hair) to make my wrap and the girl yelled at her that she was doing drive-thru orders only. The girl that was taking care of the counter was off doing something, which is fine, but when 10+ people who ordered after me receive their food before me, it is unacceptable for the other person to throw a fit and refuse to throw together a wrap. Once the other girl (red hair, short) came back, she asked me what I was waiting for and made it promptly and apologized. She was very polite. I understand the lunch rush can be stressful, but it is not okay to have an outburst and refuse to make a very small order that was waiting longer than anyone in...
Read moreI had stopped at this Tim Hortons yesterday to purchase drinks and a donut. Once at my location, I realized the donut had mould spores in it. I contacted the supervisor at the location and was advised to return to take care of the matter. I went back a couple hours later and was provided with another of the same donut. He assured me that the donut was made fresh. Once again, this apparently fresh baked donut had mould as well. The mould spores were not evident at first glance but under proper lighting, the mould could be seen. Obviously, the donuts were not inspected and/or freshly baked as noted. I went on the auspice that the truth was told and now think otherwise. Mistakes do happen at times but this indicates a far bigger problem. I would suggest anyone purchasing from this location, inspect their food closely as it is oftentimes difficult to see mould growth. It is obvious to me that this location does not monitor and/or dispense of their products properly. Needless to say, will not purchase from this location again. ...
