Worst Wendys you’ll ever go to. Be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru every time you go and you’d think waiting so long that they’re making everything fresh to order but every time your food is not fresh and barely acceptable. Cars are often seen leaving the line up out of frustration. The owner clearly doesn’t care about upholding a standard for “fast” food. Save yourself a headache and $10 in gas money idling in the drive thru and go literally anywhere else. If I could give this location negative stars I would.
Also the staff is the worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere, if they even look at you at all they look pissed off you’re even there, often times they won’t even say a single word to you, just hand you your food, say nothing and shut the window. I always leave here feeling like I’ve done something wrong to be treated so poorly. The final straw was last time I was there to be parked for 10 minutes(food was not fresh), older black lady comes out walking as slow as she can with my food in the freezing cold, looks at me like how dare I inconvenience her with this, hands over the food, says nothing and walks away. The woman at the front counter was incredibly rude — she needs a refresher course in being polite. Not a min after we got food to the table, i had to turn around and go back to the counter to request to exchange some cold shrivelled fries, the woman behind the counter gave me the coldest stare and said nothing for almost a full min before walking away tossing them in the garbage and tending to others. Left me waiting at the counter and ignored me while she went on serving others before returning with the fries. Then later when she came out to the dining area to clean up, she stared me down and gave me dirty looks…odd as all I did was ask to exchange cold fries??? … we hadn’t even said anything about the food being prepared wrong.
Left feeling terrible —we just spent $100 to be treated badly and have all our food prepared improperly.
Wish I could have supported a better business than this with the money...
Read moreSo to start, service is incredibly slow to the point that the drive through was backed up onto Argyle st. and customers piled inside waiting for their food. - now don’t get me wrong, the food was bomb, it just took a really long time to get it. Not to mention the self-serve kiosks that have no printer attached. So only after you’ve paid for your food, does the kiosk notify you that there’s and error because there’s “no printer installed” and the only other option is to cancel your order. What the staff didn’t notify anyone about, is that the order still does go through to the kitchen. Maybe a sign or something would be helpful? When it came to the staff, the younger crew were sweet and you could tell they were working their best. The only one that seemed to be causing an issue was the supervisor, an older woman with brown hair and an average build. The supervisor was barking commands at her staff as well as actually ARGUING with customers about their orders. Hopefully all of this is taken into consideration to help further improve...
