Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House — Restaurant in Ontario

This place is amazing! I have yet to try dining in, as I'm still wary of eating in public. We have done pickup orders many times, and each time the food is amazing, the portions are good, and the staff is very friendly. I am always greeted within seconds of walking in the door. When I am early for my pickup and am standing around waiting, multiple staff members always greet me and make sure I have been served.

We did have a minor error in an order recently. I emailed the store about it simply to inform them. I stated that it wasn't worth asking for a refund, but that I simply wanted to inform them in case they wanted to take steps to reduce chances of error in the future. In response, they apologized and went above and beyond to make the situation right. More than I would have expected.

The atmosphere was very loud you can hear the kitchen yelling which makes it uncomfortable to enjoy your meals , the service was not the best nor good either give it average , you can clearly tell there is no leadership everyone is just all over the place , the servers are expecting a big tip for barely doing anything . The kitchen messed up my order twice and brought me back cold food typical for a bunch of teenagers working back there . The meals are just plain and way overpriced no really real flavour to any of the meals you can tell it has been deep fried or the easy mix powder for pancakes and burnt . Katelynn is probably one of the best and nicest servers I have ever had for any restaurant experience. She constantly was checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us plenty of information on certain menu items that we were unsure about and finally she made us all leave with a smile on our face and we definitely left in a way better mood. I will definitely comeback due to Katelynn’s performance, going above and beyond our expectations this server makes this restaurant an incredibly friendly and fun environment.
