My family and I always order from Yu’s every Christmas Eve. I called on December 23rd at 1pm. I came to pick up my order at 6:30 on the 24th and they said they were running “1 hour behind.” First they couldn’t find my order. They had 100 orders. There was 30 people waiting inside and outside and guys told me that they had 5:30PM and STILL didn’t have their food! While I was asking for a refund, they took PHONE orders and told them 1 hour to pick up their food. They are completely disorganized and have 2 teenagers handling everything. I had a $100+ order and was not going to wait 2 hours for food. We ended Vietnamese food in our town. It’s so disappointing and COVID is no excuse. If you know you are getting flooded with orders, make a cut off and don’t accept phone orders. We will be looking for other...

Our family has come to yu's for many years as we have always loved their food and thought it was always a good deal for portion size even if we were coming from out of town. Tonight's dinner was less than satisfactory, we needed to ask the staff for fortune cookies or we wouldn't have received any, our meal containers were not full, our red sauce was less than a third full where previously it would have been at minimum two thirds full, rice tastes "different " not bad but just not the same standard as before.
