Grabba Pizza — Restaurant in Orangeville

Poor Customer Service. I had called on September 9th 2021, to have an order placed on September 10th 2021 between 1230 and 1pm. I placed my order on September 9th 2021. On September 10th 2021, I called at 11am when they are scheduled to open to confirm my order as it was a large order and for numerous individuals, no one picked up the phone call. I tried again 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, 15 minutes and 30 minutes later. I made multiple attempts to contact the store and physically walked to the store to see what the deal was. I went to the store at 11:30 and it was closed and completely dark. At this time, I was worried that there would be no staff to complete my large order for a large group. I contacted local Grabbapizza locations to see if they could contact the owner of this location. I was worried about my order being unfilled, I ended up calling another pizza joint and quickly ordered from them as I had promised to have pizza ready between 1230-1pm. The owner of the store contacted me at exactly 11:49pm at this time I was very frustrated. I explained to the owner that I had called multiple times and that I had to order from another pizza joint because no one picked up the phone or was at the store to confirm my order will be ready on time. She attempted to explain to me that my order was for pick up was at 1pm and there was no reason for my pizza to be ready at 11am or even now. I had explained to her that I did not expect the pizza to be ready at 11am HOWEVER, I do expect that if your store is open at 11am. There should be someone to pick up the phone call and confirm MY order. She had apologized and cited car troubles for the incident, however there was no attempt to rectify the issue...

We ordered their special for buying 25 wings and getting 25 free, the flavour we chose was suicide. We also ordered 10 pieces of tandoori chicken. We only received 25 wings and 5 pieces of chicken, both items were some sort of BBQ flavour, not what we ordered. We called the restaurant, they advised they would call us back in 5 minutes. They didn't. Called back again, a lady who could not sound less interested said the correct stuff would be delivered to us in 20 minutes. An hour later I called the store only to have the same lady hang up on me. I ended up driving to the store and I asked for a refund. The gentleman at the counter gave us most of our money back (the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one) and gave us some free wings that were supposed to be the flavour we ordered. Got home, nope, the same BBQ sauce. Neither my wife or I like BBQ sauce so all this food will end up going to waste unfortunately. This was the first, and now most definitely the last, time we will ever use...

Few weeks back their pizza and service was superb. But for 2-3 weeks staff seems totally unprofessional and ruining their image. Today was my wife’s birthday and we ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 chicken and another one was veggie pizza. We explained the order very well to the guy on phone and we also ask him to repeat the order and he repeated correctly but when we brought the pizzas home both were found chicken pizzas. This was the 3rd time we received the wrong order. Before we ignored their mistake considering the human error but now it seems like they are habitual of delivering wrong orders. It was a birthday party of my wife and they ruined it with all means. Owner needs to look into this matter and staff needs counselling, otherwise such attitudes can bring a bad reputation to the business. Next time we will think twice before going their...
