Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Orangeville

I usually don’t tend to leave reviews on restaurants but this store needs it for their own good. I came to this location after couple months and with no joke will be my last. I come in for order, they ask me what I want, I order, 1. The eye roll 2. Not able to hear what they say. If I’m paying $30 for a order I wanna see enough toppings on the sub, if I ask for extra “toppings” they look and ignore what I said, throwing the bag on the table like it’s nothing. It was clean........besides that...the subs are not good from this location! No matter the sub, it's like soup on a bun. Spicey Breaded chicken only had chicken on about half the sandwich and the chicken that was on the sandwich, was soaked in sauces and falling apart, even grilled didn't make it edible. I ordered a footlong sub on the same bread with same toppings, cut in half and wrapped separately. They charged me for two 6-inch veggie subs instead of a footlong. When I asked why, they said it was their policy due to Covid—though I’m not sure what Covid has to do with it.
