Terrible costumer service. Tried to order a pizza for pick up. Granted Friday's are some restaurants busiest days but what happened is simply unacceptable.
Took 10 minutes to get through on the line. Was put on hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was hung up on . As frustrating as that is I was committed at this point with time and effort to get this pizza. After getting the busy signal again for 10 to 15 minutes I got through. I tried to explain what happened but was quickly put on hold. When the employee finally got back on the line I reiterated what had happen. The employee just didnt care and said sarcastically sorry what would you like to order.
Clearly customer service is not a priority for Johnny's pizza orangeville. Maybe their manager lacks in managerial skills resulting in poor customer service or they just dont care all together. The work load was clearly overwhelming for their employees and the lack of professionalism and maturity showed through their product. The pizza was rushed resulting in being undercooked. It was mediocre at best and not worth the trouble.
I strongly recommend visiting some of the better establishments in orangeville that appreciate you as a customer and...
Read moreWas not very impressed. Ordered online via "Chow Now" which is what came up when I selected Johnny's link. It's Friday night it's busy I get that, I finally get to the cash (I have already bought and paid for my order and I'm expecting a quick and easy pick up) I tell them my name, I don't know what information they need to locate my order from the huge stack of pizza boxes. Then I show the cashier the confirmation on my phone... "You ordered from Chow Now?" Slides her eyes and looks at the other girl who's been searching for my order. A few minutes later she comes back with it. They were obviously stressed in there. If you order online, have better communication with the purchaser. Let them know what information the cashier will require to figure out the order. The receipt didn't show my name, confirm#, phone number, nothing. I didn't realize I had to say it was a Chow Now order??? Not the girls fault, they were swamped in there. I noticed there were many different ways to order. Johnny, you need to get a better handle on the...
Read moreback in the early 90's there was a joint called airport pizza and they were rated the #1 pizza in canada: Me and my family were coming back from a fishing trip and we happened to chance upon this place. I still remember the intoxicating aroma wafting through the car as we drove home. I had my first mouthgasm, the savory cheese, the succulent pepperoni....I can recall the exact feeling i had to this day. So i was shook when a little hole-in-the-wall establishment rekindled those gastric recollections. When I ordered from Johnny's pizza for the first time, i had a Ratatouille moment (the one where Anton Ego has a flashback to his childhood when he first tastes the perfection of Remy's concoction), It made me remember what exquisiteness tastes like and transported me back 30 years to a place and time of innocence, a carefree existence and the novelty of first time experiences. " I will be returning to Johnny's soon, hungry...
