I’ve had nothing but terrible service at the store. I ordered food online that they discontinued (why it was still on the menu, I couldn’t tell you but I get that this was not the restaurant’s fault) the store offered me a replacement but I just asked for a refund. They said they can’t refund online orders and to go to the app but the app was directing me to call the store (wasn’t sure who to believe). The employee said to leave and if I don’t get the refund within a week to come back and the manager will refund me. I came back a week later and the manager wasn’t in so they said they will send him a message and a picture of the receipt (which I had the original employee sign saying I didn’t receive the order) and that the manager would call me the next day. He never called, I called again a few days later and he wasn’t in. Finally I called back today and they said the manager wasn’t in until later so I went back to the store (3rd time going for the same order). The manager’s excuse for not reaching out was “because other customers had filed false complaints he didn’t even look into mine”. So because other customers have made false claims that gives you the right to not even investigate mine? He didn’t call me, he didn’t talk to his employees or even look at the receipt. If he had he would’ve seen the item I didn’t receive was discontinued so it would’ve been impossible for me to receive it. And I only had this conversation because I went to see HIM. My 3rd visit to the store for the same order. This is unacceptable. 16 days I waited for my refund and the manager had the nerve to say it’s just an order. It’s the fact that it was 16 days later, that he ignored me, and the principle of me not receiving my rightful refund. The only good experience I had in this store was the assistant manager who couldn’t issue a refund but at least was kind and empathetic. This is the 3rd poor experience I’ve had here but it will definitely be the last time I visit. I’m not even unreasonable when it comes to customer service, I get it, you’re busy, you have other priorities, but providing an item that I’ve paid for, or a refund if you can’t provide it, and responding in a reasonable time frame is the bare minimum of customer service and yet somehow this store manager failed to...
Read moreWow where do I begin I went to the bells corners location yesterday March 13th,2024 and first thing I noticed when I walked in was some guy sitting with what seemed to be the manager of this location a lady and he was outright ripping her a new one right in the dining area where any customer could see this happening like myself who saw this. I believe this guy had to either be the owner or sonekind of higher up but he was not being professional at all. Let’s start with this he shouldn’t even be conducting a meeting with his manager like this in the sitting area of this place this situation should have happened behind closed doors and I’m not sure what this lady had really done but believe me none of this should have been conducted out in the common public space like that so whoever this guy was ripping into this manager wow all I have to say is buddy that’s so very unprofessional and speaking the way you were speaking to her no matter what she did wrong that conversation shouldn’t have happened in the space it happened in. Next let get me started on my order 2x drumsticks I paid $10 for 2 drumsticks no fries no drink no nothing for side wow that’s insane I can understand maybe paying $10 for maybe a breast and a leg or wtvr else but $10 for my 2 pieces of dry out and soggy skin on chicken that’s not cool at all. And well waiting for my order that took awhile I had to listen to that owner rip the manager a new one. Well all I have to say is I won’t be recommending this location again to anyone and I myself won’t be returning to this location and hopefully people read this that are looking for future careers at kfc that you might want to also think before applying here because if a owner treats there staff like that in a common area public space you might not want to think of applying at this location at all. We had to ask a employee to come and clean it. She told my husband; what? It’s not cleaned? The bathroom was disgusting. The mirror was full of water with soap splashed on it. They’re was ripped tissues all over the floor. While the staff is not even working or paying attention to their bathrooms, they’ve rather chat and play with their phones!
