I recently had the pleasure of trying Law and Orders, a popular restaurant that offers a delectable selection of mouthwatering dishes. I decided to order from them via Uber Eats and indulged in their Mushroom Cheese Burger, Mac and Cheese Bites, and a Chocolate Shake. As a first-time customer, I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful - I absolutely loved every aspect of my meal.

Let's start with the star of the show, the Mushroom Cheese Burger. This culinary masterpiece was a true delight for my taste buds. The juicy beef patty was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the addition of mushrooms and melted cheese elevated the flavors to new heights. I am a Regular customer ( not anymore as of yesterday ) .i ordered their 2 for 1 cheese burger special with a drink through uber eats . When I received the bag at my doorstep , I picked it up and opened it to find only one cheeseburger and the can of drink that I ordered, but it was missing the other sandwich. When I called the restaurant to tell them, they insisted that they packed the bag with two cheeseburgers. I told the person on the phone ,who wasn’t very courteous and was defensive and forgot all about customer service , I told him the bag was stapled in two places and looked perfectly fine as he was insisting that it could be the Uber guy and I have to take up with Uber . I kept trying to tell him that there is no way on earth that this bag was ripped open as it’s neatly stapled and obviously they messed up and did not put two sandwiches in there and that was it. I could not get anything from them. They did not apologize or offered me to send another sandwich and that was it. The least I can do is to leave this review as it is not worth to waste my time to go there And fight for a $10 sandwich . I sent the complaint email yesterday through the website with my detailed complaint and asking them to call me back but no one did so far...

Update: chicken tenders and the bomb

Original: Great tasting burgers at Kanata south and north locations (north is smaller but better eat in feel). South has Taters Chip truck as stiff and cheaper competition (better fries) near the Tim Hortons in the summer so I bet that hurts walk in business! Cost would be the only reason I give law and orders a 4 star instead of 5 (beats the works in Kanata south for take out but the works has better seating and atmosphere for dine in).

In my honest opinion Kanata south NEEDS to move to the my strip mall being built (foundation just starting) across the new apartment complex off Eagleson (next to Maurice Lapointe school). Kanata North location though off March road a bit is okay because its near Starbucks/Hockey Sushi...but a 3rd location for a high priced burger joint would be the new strip mall on the Terry Fox extension down from Farm Boy - near the richer Kanata Lakes, trendy two floor condos, not far from Tanger or Centrum.

Also from a PR POV make sure that a Google search for "burgers near me" shows Law and Orders...maybe make sure Law and Orders is treated as "Law and Orders: burgers and fries"...
