This location is a disgrace. I don't typically go out of my way to write negative reviews but my experience here deserves to be shared. My wife ordered a pizza and two sides, online at 3:30, to be picked up at 5:00. This meal was for my son in the hospital who refused to eat most foods except some of his favourites from Little Caesars. I arrived late around 5:30 and after giving my name and order, several employees walked away from me to "check in the kitchen." Nobody explained what was happening. Finally they said sorry, we don't have that order anymore, we have to remake your pizza. When I asked why, they claimed the order was not put in for a specific time, so they made it immediately at 3:30 and had to throw it out. I showed them proof on my phone that the order was placed for a 5:00 pickup and expressed I was upset.The employee walked away from me as I was talking to him and continued to make my pizza. After a long wait, they finally competed the pizza around 6:00. When they brought it to me, I asked what they would do to compensate for the mistake. The same employee said "nothing" to which I told him that was unacceptable and I expected the order to be free. He reluctantly fetched another employee who came and started looking things up on the computer and eventually called who seemed like a manager of the store. He explained he situation and was put on hold. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I asked the employee on the phone if I could just get a gift card for the amount of he order and be on my way. He said it had to go through customer service. I said my pizza is getting cold, it's over an hour late, can you just write the gift card and sort out the customer service later? He said he couldn't. At no point was there an apology from anyone. I left extremely upset...so upset I didn't realize they only gave me one of the two sides we had ordered. When I returned to the hospital to deliver a cold stuffed-crust pizza to my son, I opened the box to realize it wasn't even stuffed crust....the one reason he wanted Little Caesars! My wife called the store later on to which they only said, you need to go through customer service....again no apology whatsoever! She has since called customer service twice, had conversations and gotten no further on any sort of refund! Read moreCame in yesterday to order a deep-dish I specifically said to the person that was serving me I wanted extra sauce also I asked for the special seasoning Italian his comment was I don't know what you're talkin about soon enough he understood what I was trying to tell him when it came to pay I gave them the exact amount and then he had the nerve to say I'm missing a couple of dollars but for me I'm thinking in my head is this guy for real is he trying to make money off of me when I got my pizza I open it up and notice there was no seasoning so he had to go in the back and put on the seasoning and then when I finally got home and started eating I realize no extra sauce very disappointed I've been a loyal customer with Little Caesar franchise and this is insulting bad customer service but when I go to other Little Caesars franchise I get better results far better than this location I do love their Pizza and their pepperoni butt to have a person taking your order and has no clue and making sure of doing it right then they should be working for them they should replace and get somebody who can do the job right of doing what you want them to be doing after all your pain for it I also added some pictures to show there's barely any sauce barely any cheese and barely any pepperoni and when I did order skip the dishes Wendy deliver it the pizza was not even cook properly was all mushy you would think when you go in in person you we get it right and know for sure but instead it is a joke I will think twice or even better if I have to yell in the back telling them to make sure there's extra sauce and to make sure everything's on it that's what I'll do but for now I think I'm going to go to a different location and hopefully get better satisfaction because this one is a flop and I like when you go into the reviews 2 years ago or 1 year ago people give five star well guess what I give you one star and the reason why of because bad customer service not properly trained don't know what the heck I'm talking about even though they work for you well I hope I made my point clear and I hope whoever is the manager or owner realize you need to wake up you cannot hire people that are stupid or not listening and doing a lousy job of making a mess of not doing a...
Read moreThe level of unprofessionalism coming from the young man working at 9:30 pm tonight is at a level I haven’t quite seen before. I tried placing an order online and was told at 9:35 I couldn’t place an online order at this location. So my fiancé called to place the order. When the phone was answered the employee says “hello” I asked immediately if this was little Ceasar’s as it sounded like someone picking up their own cell phone quite literally like they were unaware of a caller. They hung up on me the second I asked “is this little…”. So I called back on another phone, and was greeted by the same young man “little ceasars”. I asked if I could still place an order to which he replied I could, I asked why I was so rudely hung up on and he replied “yeah I gave you ten seconds”. This phone call he is referring to of over 10 seconds was SO SHORT it didn’t even register as an outgoing call in my phone. This kid argued with me about how rudely I was being spoken to, told me I wasn’t fast enough to reply verbally then had the audacity to ask if I was a prank caller. Is this how you treat paying customers? Asking if it’s a joke just for wanting to place an order? I understand wanting to get out on time, but half an hour before close means continue doing your job until it’s time to clock out. I order from here a lot, I will never be back. After a long frustrating day at work all I wanted to do was treat my spouse and i to a pizza, instead I took my business elsewhere and sat in a parking lot for less than 15 mins to wait for my order to be hot and ready at dominos.
