Eastview Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

I would like to sincerely apologized in advance old friend but as a foodie, enough.

I've been ordering from Eastview pizza ever since I was a kid. I stopped and started again during the last little while (aka Mont Liban located at 351 Montreal rd).

-Ordered a steak sub (I get it, costs rises but little to bare anything and what's the leftovers of steak cut you use? Chunks of fat or something) but that's not a steak sub.

chicken wings are the smallest pieces of nothing. No meat

-Greek salad was, nothing like the picture. I think I found a tiny piece of cheese somewhere.

-Shawarma beef sandwich. Forget it, it's the same whatever pieces of left over steak used in the steak sub.

-Small pizza...sure it was tasty 100% I give you that but it's basicly 3 bites. It was the tiniest pizza ever. And for the price, not worth it.

I wish you sincerely all the best in your future endeavors but this loyal long time customer will not be orderring from you ever again. Actually, Marya's pizza on 201 Marier is great and I've got no complaints. The portions are huge, cooked to perfection, price is right and is the same identical establishment as yours but wayyyy better. They follow the instructions and manage their own deliveries. Also, their menu varies from different cuisines with lot's more variety so it's perfect for the palette.

Ordered from here for the first time. Placed an order at 5:30pm at 6:50pm called to see if there was an ETA since it had been over an hour. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and essentially called me an idiot. Then the delivery guy showed up at 7:15pm the food was barely warm and to top it off he tried to charge me more then the order I placed online stated and refused to give me the receipt. Horrible experience and the food ended up tasting really bad. Not worth the money and the fact that they were so rude, I refuse to ever order from here again! I'd give 0 stars but that's not an option...

I love this restaurant, to me it was the best pizza in Ottawa, I always recommend this place to everyone and we are loyal customers who order way too much lol. I am very disappointed in them because 1 of their employees is rude af even if yours long time customer. And honestly I went to order tonight again for the second night in a row, and they obviously didn't feel like working anymore because 1/2 an hour before they closed they refused to answer the phone to take my order.
