Boring and expensive! Unhappy staff. Used to serve bun with soup. No longer. Out of crackers, blaming on supplier. Perhaps you should go back to good crackers, not the cheap imitations. You buy muffins at Costco and sell them for 3 times the price! They sell crackers as well! 25 cents for a 2 cent cheap lollipop! Good thing there are real restaurants on Preston cause most of the people working at Preston Square no longer go to Marcellos. Sell burgers on bbq on your patio, hot dogs etc. They make money by charging well over $2 per 100g of reheated frozen fare. How do you close at 130 or 2 pm daily and complain about low sales! Let someone who cares and wants to invest time in the business take over…The food service industry is not...

I just cannot complain about their food most of their dishes are pretty good except for few that will not recommend. One of the best choices for their lunch, lots of verity options and great yummy dishes. The Sandwich counter is pretty good. Which makes this place very attractive for Preston Square employees. Though their food has never let me down, the price of the food have. It is just so expensive $1.99/100g is pretty expensive and the worst part is you cannot weigh it until you actually at the cashier. If you are a foodie and can eat a healthy portion for lunch it is easy to spend more than $15- 20 at this place. Sitting and dining in wouldn't be that expensive just...

Marcello's is an inexcusable ripoff that targets government employees, who lack many alternative fast food options in the area. The cafeteria quality food is decidedly mediocre; most of it grossly overpriced and charged by weight at the cash. This practice leaves you with a sense of shock and outrage when you get charged $11 for 2 slices of pineapple and half a fajita at the register.

Furthermore, they engage in wallet-gouging practices like charging $0.05 for plastic cutlery, $0.30 for soup crackers and $0.75 for restraurant style butter/jam packs. Despite most of the staff being friendly and cheerful, these business practices are beyond...
