Disgusting dangerous owner. Previous day I phone and asked how much is it to print. The wife said 0.10 a page + 3.00 for computer usage.

I emailed them a couple shipping labels to print (not all at same time). The next day I went there, but I needed more labels. She went to her computer next to her, print 2 more pages. She wanted to charge me another 3.00 for it for 30 seconds of her using own computer again.

How about the day before I sent 4 labels at different times, then you’re saying you should have charged me 4 x 3.00 + pages ???

I complained saying I will pay but am not happy and will write a google review, the owner then comes bull rushing after me, started getting angry, told me to get out.

The most despicable / disgusting act of customer service I have ever encountered.

And just previously, a very polite gentleman was complaining about some charger/ item not working, again rude behavior from owner.

Dangerous people, I recommend not giving your money to these people, they will...

$6.77 to use the computer in order to print and $1 a page for colour... (4 pages)

Went into the store to print, printed my papers and went to the cash. The worker says $2.17, but I had to get to my car to get some extra change because who would think it would cost this much...colour ... Maybe?... No. Got back and the lady jacked up the price to $6.77. Says that she didn't realize it was colour and she also charged me to use the computer for a minute which was $2.75 per 30 mins. You're gonna charge someone to use to computer also, just for a print? Sad. This is something you should tell a customer before hand, I guess it was my fault for not asking because I go to staples and I can print as much as I want for $2. I guess this is a lesson...

bought a used keyboard for $15 and i have to slam the keys dowen for them to work. it was covered in dust inside, at grime, and all the bottons are stuck. i have to pound these keys. it was bought for me by my mother and if it was me paying for this i wouldnt have taken this out of the garbage for free. i will not be using this store agian. a broken legged, dirty, grimy, sticky keybopard for $15. what a chinese ripoff!!!! expect this keyboard thrown your window, and happy paying upwards of $15 payment to replace your windows or...
