McDonald's — Restaurant in Ottawa

My sister and I used 2 coupons of the same kind. Get a free sandwich with the purchase of a fry and sandwich. She was ahead of me, and this man with a child was behind me. My sister got her food first, I was at the counter waiting. The people behind me got their food before I did. After almost 5 minutes of waiting, I had asked them if I could get my meal. They all saw me, and not one person asked if I was waiting for anything. They all looked confused because there were 2 orders the same. So I had to wait another couple of minutes for them to get my food ready. Was not impressed.

The week of May 8th to May 12th, I went to buy a banana chocolate muffin every morning after I finished work. When I finish at 7am, I'd want a meal and not breakfast. Sadly to say, they do not serve lunch items all day. So I would order the muffins. During the whole week, they would always run out of the muffins. When I would ask them to save me a few for the next morning, they never did. You know when you’ve had one of those really awful days and all you can think about is an item that you’ve been getting for years that may just cheer you up?

I went to the McDonald’s at like 8 PM and I asked for a medium sundae with extra caramel and some smarties on top. I’ve been getting this order for 20 years at every other McDonald’s without any issues. I was told that the McDonald’s are all privately owned and some places don’t allow that.

She told me I could make it a cream cheese, sundae or something ridiculous and more expensive When I simply wanted what I’ve been having since I was a kid as a comfort food.

I just found this so ridiculous and I went To Dairy Queen. I find this McDonald’s to be really awfully, And this isn’t the first time they’ve either gotten my order wrong or they’ve given me attitude when they screw up. It may be in a convenient location, but I suggest you go...

I ordered from uber eats & I ordered 2 quarter pound blts one came okai alright and the other was falling apart .. the 1 large fry was so cold n way to salty ... who ever was working tonight sucked they obviously didn't care for the burgers n were tired .. maybe hire someone else who's able to do night jobs and if someone's paying more in price to order it from uber eats it should be good instead of slopply made and cold ...
