Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ottawa

This is my 4th time ever eating at Pizza Hut.

Pizza hut has never been a pizza place that I would regularly or occasionally go to since I consider it the worst of the junk/party style pizza places.

I decided to try this new location since it is very close to my house. I paid around $45 for 3 medium pizzas which were the supreme with extra cheese, duo pepperoni and cheese with green olives. Two were pan pizza and the other was "hand crafted". The pepperoni and sausage tastes a little off, but otherwise I'm satisfied with the pizza. I will return at least once more before I make a final decision on whether they will be my go to junk pizza place vs little ceasers. I will always choose Gabriel's or Milanos for premium style pizza though.

The location is a little strange since there is no where to park.

The service was quick and friendly.

I will update my review after a second visit. For now they get 5 stars despite the pepperoni and sausage having a slight off taste. So hopefully this will be an eye opener for them to toss out meat that is border line bad...

Don’t believe the good reviews, they must be bots or fake accounts because this store was severely unprofessional. I placed my order at 3:55pm for delivery. I did not receive my order within a reasonable of time (waited 2hrs) and was told instead to come for pickup, to which I obliged. As I was there, I realized I wasn’t the only person that was waiting for their orders, a lady had ordered pizzas for a birthday party who had phoned in much earlier hadn’t received hers either. Not sure what’s happening with this location but their pizza is never the same quality? I ordered a pizza last week and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered one this week and it was terrible, possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was supposed to be the handcrafted crust but I don’t think it was - it wasn’t light and airy like the previous week’s pizza at all. Also, their online delivery tracking is not accurate. It indicated my pizza was delivered so I went downstairs to pick it up and there was no pizza in sight. It took another 5 or 10 minutes...
