Unfortunately, after consistently ordering from this location, I will no longer be doing so. We received one pizza with a soft crust and another that was rock hard, crumbled apart, and quite literally sounded like a door when knocked on. When we reached out for a refund or remake, rather than taking responsibility, the staff chose to argue extensively, insisting that this was their “usual” pizza quality or that its because it has sat for too long, basically throwing whatever at the wall and seeing what sticks, despite the clear difference between the two pizzas and my history of frequent orders.
The manager repeatedly contradicted himself throughout the conversation, and to make matters worse, he initially refused to remake the pizza after handling it with bare, dirty hands—having just stepped out of his car. It was only when I mentioned involving the health inspector, backed by video footage, that he agreed to remake it.

Read moreThis pizza tastes good and the walk-in specials are well priced. I like the sesame seeds on the crust. The sauce tastes good. The first time I ordered an extra large and got the party-cut I was put off by the square pieces, but I have come to appreciate the smaller pieces over extra large slices.
The staff are always late with my pizza by at least 5 minutes when I come in for pickup and the debit machine still has the nerve to suggest I pay a tip. There's never anyone in the storefront to greet you when you enter, and you can't see into the kitchen. This led me to believe there was only 1 person staffed to save costs, but one day while I was waiting for my food, a few other customers came to pick up their order, and it was a different dude who came out of the back each time.
The storefront has a modern style with a TV looping cityscapes and sometimes playing pop music. The storefront decor is already falling apart. The storefront is dusty and messy as they seem to also be using it for storage. You can't use the toilet without someone opening it for you with a remote...

I ordered through their website thinking it made sense to avoid a third party app, but I was waiting 1.5+ hours with no updates or any way of tracking the order. I had tried calling the restaurant after about an hour of waiting and was told that ‘no orders have been received’ no orders? On a Thursday night? Literally no orders! Since I didn’t receive an email receipt when ordering, I couldn’t quote an order number and staff wasn’t interested in helping and obviously was not at all concerned. However I saw the that my credit card had been charged, otherwise I would have just given up.
When it finally arrived, it was basically cold. The delivery driver carried a can of soda (that I also ordered) in his back pocket, which isn't a particularly hygienic form of food transport. Terrible customer service. Will never order from or recommend that anyone eats...
