Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Ottawa

This is the second time my order has been made wrong. My boyfriend went to pick it up and brought it home, I got it and noticed it was made wrong so I went straight back. She tells me I have to wait even though we already waited to get it made incorrectly the first time, and doesn’t even seem to care that my order was made wrong. Slowest service ever and orders constantly made incorrectly.

It took 20 minutes to get my order remade even though we already waited once and I had to drive back to get it made correctly. She also gave me attitude and said that London Fog is made with Breakfast tea when I told her it was made with Earl Grey. I have never had any issues in any other location or this one when ordering this until she started...

Service is horrible at this location. I got there at 5:35 pm (the closing time was 6 pm) and asked for an white egg pesto sandwich and the girl at the window told me that they have turned off the oven and can not warm it up... turning off the oven 25 mins before closing didn't make sense to me.

In another occasion I ordered something at the window on a Saturday around noon and I was the only one at the drive through and no one else was parked at the front, so basically not a busy day, and it took them 15 mins to prepare my order while I could see through the window that the attendant was busy chatting with her girlfriend (she was not an employee as she didn't have the clothing or...

There is a girl working there on the drive through as of 3:30 pm on Friday 21st of February 2025. She said yes once then disappeared and left us waiting forever saying hello and she never answered and there was no one at all other than us. Then when went to the window she was laughing and said I couldn't hear you and she was very clearly playing us for some reason. She spent a long time preparing a single americano and looks like she put something strange in it as it smelled very weird and disgusting and we threw it away immediately because it smelled and looked terrible and we didn't trust this girl working there.
