Been around and in the food industry for many years..come on people we are in the view of the public. Coss contamination and foodborne illness is huge in this industry. This location needs to have some more training in this area, you do not repeat do not cut another persons sandwich with a knife that cut a fish product ie tuna, Or any sandwich with a used knife. There are so many people with allergies out there and on top of it you do not put old products on top of new stuff. If that product is old or contaminated you just contaminated all the new product. In the food industry every person needs a safe food handling course, has this location taken it? I beg differ. The out come was the employee said if I have an allergy to tuna I should say something. When I came to pick up, I was surprised that my sandwich has nothing but shaved steak in it! I realized there's an error on the app and nicely asked if veggies and sauces can be added to my sandwich. However, I was asked to reorder and pay for a new sandwich since they're saying it's my mistake for not checking! After awhile, another attendant decided to add veggies for me and said that's is the last time they would do this as a big favor for me! Another reason the attendant claimed that they can't help me because they're saying this is rush hour, although there're no customer after me! Read morePlaced an order with Uber, the restaurant accepted the order immediately. A female called from the restaurant and told me they only have flatbread this early in the morning, no subs. I asked her to cancel the order from their side but she told me she can't as they did not accept the order yet in their system, which proved to be a lie. She told me to cancel the order on my end instead. I cancelled the order but was charged by Uber due to their policy when the restaurant accept the order the customer must pay for the order if they cancel. The restaurant lady obviously realized this and Iied to me telling me they did not accept the order so i could cancel it on my end.
