Made online order. It said ready by 6:45pm but the staff didn't start preparing until 6:55pm. Ended up with waiting in the line. What's the point of online order????
Adding more details to the review: I made the order and it said it would be ready at 6:45pm. I came to the store and they were around 5 people lining up. I checked the online pick-up table and my order was not there so I waited in line. When it finally came to my turn, I said I came to pick up online order. The staff said it took a bit of time, have a seat. I insisted that you should make it now and then he started preparing for it. I was expecting my order would be ready when I step foot in the store. It was not and it is ok. But when I waited in line and it was my turn and the staff still didn't want to prepare my order. What is that??? I had a baby waiting in the car. The whole experience showed online order is useless and it made people to wait longer than walking in. The staff was not very helpful. If you anticipate the store would be busy, then have more staff. Having people waste time online and instore for more than half an hour is not a fast food restaurant supposed to do. I live in the neighbourhood but I won't...

My previous experiences have always been generally good compared to other locations however I had the pleasure of meeting the new ownership today and was served with excellent customer service. I don't usually post reviews but I decided to post one about this location because of the kind and pleasant service I received.
Like most people, I don't expect a 5-star treatment at a fast food restaurant and I understand many workers are often struggling and overworked and dealing with all kinds of stress. I suspect many of these workers are not treated kindly by customers and possibly their employers so I don't feel terrible when the service is robotic and lacks warmth.
The gentleman at this subway was professional and welcoming which was a delight. Keep up the good service and I look forward to visiting your Subway...
Read moreI placed a mobile order for a turkey and a tuna sub, using the buy one get one offer through the app. Unfortunately, both subs were made incorrectly as both subs were missing cheese and other toppings or had toppings I didn’t request. Furthermore, both subs had half of the meat protein, a way for the restaurant and owner to not fulfill the mobile offer honorably.
I filed a complaint via Subway’s website and the response I received was laughable at best. The Manager responded with “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers.” Aside from that not addressing any of the issues with my order, that is the definition of a templated response. Unfortunately, the Manager selected to wrong email template.
