Chess Pizza Viewmount — Restaurant in Ottawa

8 months ago it was the time since I ever been there usually i used to go for their poutine and their fresh chicken cheese burger. I said yesterday let me go and give it a try again since I know the place and i been there before guess what I ordered poutine and chicken cheese burger. I arrived home I couldn’t finish half the poutine there was no brown sauce it was just white square cheese taste bad and the fries is undercooked. I said let me finish the whole thing and not going back guess what happened my chest and stomach were in sorrow and pain. I couldn’t sleep in my back or my sides felt vomiting all night . I stood up my back to the headboard and i started throwing up heavily i barely made it to the washroom after i messed up my blanket and bed sheets and everything on my bed and the ground. I was completely sick and barely i get sick of anything . Today i said let me try their cheese chicken burger and same thing i put away half of it I couldn’t finish it maybe the oil has been used plenty of time and the food not refrigerated very well. I called the store today and i talked to the guy whose his voice was familiar to me the one who used to make me good food and he says sorry to hear that he was not the guy who served me last night and i told him the truth the food wasn’t good and I couldn’t go to my job today because i had stomach upset their quality of food was bad and they need to work on providing better food. He called me later he says if you are in the area i’ll give you a free poutine on the house i said no that’s ok but thank you anyway. For me i can not go back i can not go and risk myself getting sick twice. No for me

So when we first moved into the area approximately 5 years ago or so we really wanted a quick pizza for supper.. and found this place with some decent review's.. so we figured why not give them a shot and call them up for some delivery.. We did just that.. the guy that answered and took our order was really kind and answered all our questions.. we got a pizza, wings and pops.. and as the guy on the phone promised our food arrived very quick.. actually within 20min (I have never had that happen before) So the food was super hot.. the pizza was amazing, great sauce to cheese to toppings ratios.. the crust was perfect.. not to doughy not to thin or thick just perfect.. the wings were super tasty and of a good size.. not to small or to big jus a perfect medium size (I know some people like huge wings) .. the pops were really cold also. It was a great first experience with them and since we have ordered many, many time without any issue and the food is always great.. they have quick delivery times.. good food and good prices.. if your looking to try out a new pizza place from your usual place or are new to the area and looking for the first time then give them a try you won't be disappointed.. oh and we have also walked in to their physical location a handful of time and bought a...

I think that 4.50 is to high for a delivery price. I live on viewmount and can't walk the block to the restaurant. I order from other restaurants and the charge is 0 or 3.00 I like to tip the delivery person and now I can't do that. The food is not that great for me to pay this high a delivery price. What happened to restaurants wanting your business and delivering the food. NO MORE CHECKERS FOR ME. I will go to Harvey's, Macdonald a & w anywhere I don't have to pay delivery. UNREAL!!!! Tonight the donair was overcooked as well as the zucchini. i will not order from them anymore, i asked for a menu with prices. I was overcharged.
