Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

Have all Subway restaurants got stingy or just this location. I ordered a foot long, hardly any lettuce and the person actually counted out 4 pieces of green pepper and 4 pieces of onion. Seriously!! When I questioned she said that was all she was allowed to put on. Since when. Used to be you could hardly get your mouth around their sandwich for all the fillings. Now they’re counting how many pieces to give you. What a disgrace. It will be other sandwich places for me from now on, they might cost a little more but they’re not stingy and they certainly don’t count out their fillings. I really want to complain to corporate office but can’t find where to do that so if anyone knows I’d appreciate it. I ordered a green goddess veggie sandwich , and the person used a butter knife to put avacado smash on my sandwich, I am not sure if that’s all location has been doing like that, I have eaten in other subway restaurants too , they have a scoop like thing to put avacado . So is this location saving on how much avacado they are putting on sandwich ??? Total...

Worst experience EVER! The staff did not make the sandwiches we ordered. No mayo (they put a sauce instead?!), no cheddar cheese (as ordered). Veggie sandwich had almost no ingredients on it. It's lettuce, people, you don't have to be soooo cheap! When I called to say that they had made the wrong sandwiches, the RUDEST person I've ever spoken to told me I was a LIAR! Then she hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak to the manager, another person said she was sorry for what 1st person had said and done. She further said she would call the manager and then call me back. She never called back. I called back and was told that there was nothing to do about it. The team at this Subway is fast and was able to serve 9 customers ahead of me in less than 5 mins which was amazing. These 2 girls are good. They can be better if they follow enhance food safety practises. Like frequently cleaning prep tables, Gloves handling and hair net etc. Some Customers may be very sensitive about it. This Subway really filled your Sandwich and do not hesitate while putting ingredients. Parking is pain. Also staff should not talk personal or Schedule problems when customers can listen them.4 Star as washroom need to be kept clean .
