Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ottawa

THE worst french fries i have ever had in all my years. they were dried up and tough like leather, no exaggeration, like they were left out for 2 or 3 days and bearly warm. I asked to have them replaced but the new batch were the same. My wifes were also the same, unedible. The fish we ordered with them were also dried out. My condiments fell all over the floor with nothing to put them on with my hands full of serviettes and the fish and chip box. NEVER again...

This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too. Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu. Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be...

Like they say... "Always Fresh" that's what makes their coffee great! It's all good for sandwiches but you won't find any chocolate chip muffins because many patients have diabetes so they refuse to sell certain menu items... too bad for me cause I love...
