Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Paradise

Dairy Queen is a personal favorite of mine, I love their blizzards, and they're always generous with the toppings/filling.

This location in particular is a little busy sometimes, but they're quick, so you won't be waiting too long.

I did have a little trouble last time I dropped by, we ordered a misty float (slushie with ice cream), but they gave us -- and charged us -- for a misty freeze (just a slushie, no ice cream). Although it was dissapointing, it was still yummy, and it only ever happened once.

Luckily, it's not often their ice cream machine is broken, and they have new flavors every now and again which are always amazing.

I've also had their chicken and fries, the chicken is absolutely amazing and the fries are good, but nothing crazy. They have a deal on sometimes that makes it more than worth your money.

The staff is really sweet too, I know it's policy but they flip your icecream upsidedown and most importantly are...

A couple of weeks ago I phoned and asked the manager if they had chilli Dogs and she said yes. We drove over to get one and when my husband ordered it they said they don't sell chilli Dogs even though the manager told me on the phone they had them and also their website promotes them. I decided never to go there again. Well two weeks later my husband wanted to surprise me with a milkshake and guess what they didn't have any milk. WHAT no milk. well we gave you 2 chances and both times you couldn't provide what you promote. Never again! This place should be called we have nothing queen. Oh yeah last time we got a milk shake and it was over 7 dollars so we went to McDonald's today and got a milkshake for 4.82 tax in. Can t wait till they close that Dairy Queen and put a restaurant that has what they promote. I also replied to the manager as requested but never heard...

Waiting 10+ minutes for food when im the only car at drive thru. Had to go back 3 times because of wrong order. Asked for a receipt, I told them they NEVER put one in the bag for anyone so how would I have one? Waited almost 15 min for them to verify from a manager they could replace my screwed up order. Staff was rude and arguing at me and my fiance. The item they argued they gave me wasn't even available to serve so they kept giving me random food. The lady working the Blizzard counter was so unapproachable and slamming blizzards on the counter with a sour look on her face, probably because she was the one messing it up.

Don't go here. Management is non-existent and couldn't be bothered to make sure the service is good and customers are happy. Everyone should be fired except the young man at the drive thru window who jumped in to make sure...
