Subway — Restaurant in Paradise

Myself and my sisterfriend had the best subway experience of our lives tonight at this subway location. We met Melemetrius, our sandwich artist, who got his name from us deciding he looks like a Demetrius, and him telling us his name was Melvin (I hope you are reading this Melemetrius) We decided to go to subway tonight because we were hungry after a rushed day of school and cadets and trying to get ready for a big trip tomorrow. When we arrived he immediately greeted us, like you would though, and asked what we wanted. He joked back and fourth with us about his deafness (hes not actually deaf {i hope}) when he didnt hear what we were saying. All we did the entire time was laugh, and honestly after the day we punch it was the highlight of the week. months even honestly. There were many more jokes made that i do not feel like sharing, although im sure you all would enjoy them very muchly. but god love his heart and soul, even split up our foot long, because he knew we were gonna eat it as two six inches anyway (we had gotten a foot long between the two of us) AND . to make my sub even better, he put a damn sticker, on my sub . No one, has ever put a sticker, on my sub. and i love stickers. It made me happy. ANYWAY . that is my review of paradise subway . i actually hate this location , but when Melemetrius is working, my entire views on it completely change . Thank you Melemetrius, for making mine, and my sister-friends subway experience an unbeatable one. never will we have a better experience with a sub. ps: you burned our mouths off with the hotsauce that came from the subway bottle that you loaded on our subs before we put them...

Bad service from manager. I really respected all the people and know that the all people who work at store tried their best to provide best service to customers but I am disappointed about this situation that happened to me. I had a deal on my sub app so I showed to staff member and also told him that I have this offer and he scanned my app code and then he said it is done and I got off but the amount he told me to pay is more according to my offer so I asked him again for reconfirming and he said yes it applied then I said okey I paid the amount and ask him for the receipt and when I see the receipt there is no off on my order and when I showed receipt to other staff he asked the same staff that it did not work then why you charge, that white guy lied to his colleague that it works and showed the off on order as well and his colleague was talking to him but he knows that it was his mistake so he ignored his colleague and went back. So the other brown man told me he will talk to manager about refund as they do not know how to refund. They asked me wait but after 30 minutes they said our manager is not here we called him he did pick his call and they text him about the situation and they took my contact information so that manager will call me back for refund. I said okey no problem and it is been 3 weeks but I did not get any call back from manager. I am really disappointed and frustrated about the store and management services that how they play...

First and last time visit at this location. Beautiful on the inside. Empty food case. Scraped a half spoon of chicken crumbs for my daughters salad which was then warmed into hard dry chicken crumbs , wilted lettuce and a pinch of cheese ended up in the garbage. Undercooked bread which toasted so hard it fell apart. Empty pickle container so sub was soaked in pickle juice, wilted lettuce and when sub was closed everything was hanging on the outside again threw half in the garbage couldn’t eat it. Subway is expensive and 30 dollars thrown in the trash is not a great feeling. Would not return or recommend...
