El Camino's — Restaurant in Peterborough

My wife and I went away and left the kids money for take out, they ordered El Caminos. The bill was 80$ they handed the driver 100$. The driver said the bill was a 100$ and never gave them change. The kids didn’t know what to do and never called El Caminos to complain. I called and they won’t do anything after the fact, fair enough but they need to use a different delivery service that’s not taking advantage of teens and disabled old ladies.

Could you please tell me what part of the story I left out? I told you numerous times on the phone why I called three days later, you just sounded like a broken record, not my problem nothing I can do. Did you not read where my wife and I were away? Did you not read the kids didn’t know what to do and didn’t call? Did you not read about taking advantage of kids and disabled old ladies?

If you didn’t want a one star review then maybe take some responsibility or pretend to show some slightest bit of concern about a customer’s complaint. By using this delivery company they represent your business. Maybe say thanks for bringing this to my attention I will keep a closer eye on them, instead of defending them that every restaurant uses them and I’m a liar too bad.

I never asked you for any compensation whatsoever all I did was contact you about the situation so you could be aware. You didn’t want to hear anything about it, you were hostile like your response, and just defended the delivery company, and repeated nothing you can do. Maybe next time you’ll take the time to listen to your customers instead of whining you got a one star review that was previously a five star because you didn’t care until you got this review.

This place is 100% the best food place in town for a few reasons:

The food: Although I haven't had the chance to experience the entire menu (yet), but everything I've had so far has been mouth watering!!!! Beef Brisket Burrito; Beef Brisket Super Nachos; 3-meat 5 Tacos; Chicken & Beef Burrito; Sweet Potato Burrito: Ground Beef Burrito; 3-meat tacos!!! I can't wait to try something else! Furthermore, they are not cheap with their ingredients! Tons of ingredients and loaded with flavor every single time!

Customer Service: I had the chance to meet the owner. Extremely nice and professional man. And I've also had the pleasure of being served by this restaurant's top employee "Sri". Sri, greets me by my name every time I go there (and I only told him my name once). He's extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. This guy knows the exact amount of ingredients and sauce to put, making the food that he makes mouth-watering every single time!!!

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very welcoming. Although it's not a large place, it's always clean and it always smells good in there, accompanied by very nice staff members and customers!

Price: Prices are extremely fair, considering today's society where the costs of groceries and utilities have sky-rocketed.

If you like Mexican food, this is the place to be! If you're not so sure, I highly encourage you to try it! You will be hooked after that!

Unlike everywhere else, this place is conveniently open till 3am, 7 days a week!!

Worst experience ever.. First of all, you are wrong about my past 7 generations but I don’t care what you think. Secondly, you or one of your friends posted fake reviews about me at A&W (my workplace). You did this because I complained about you to doordash. IMPORTANT You accept orders in your tab of doordash and then dasher goes to your restaurant to collect the order. After waiting 20-30 minutes when dasher asks you about the order then you rudely say that you won’t make the doordash order and ask dasher to cancel the order because you already got the money in your pocket from doordash. This happens everyday with every dasher. You are earning money for doing nothing through doordash and other platforms. After doing all this, if you afford a HUMMER then that’s not remarkable.

Lastly, if I talk according to you then my Family is proud of me that I have broken the chain of having non-luxurious car since last 7 generations at the age of just 23.
