It was a lovely experience!! I will definitely go again.

🍜 Food: Miso Ramen: It had noodles, soup, bean sprouts, half marinated egg, Bok Choy, baby corn, thin pork slice, and Narutomaki 🍥. I loved it! The bowl was loaded and flavourful. Worth the $17! It was hard for me to finish it. I’m glad I went there hungry! I will eat this again. Butter Chicken with Naan: I liked the Naan but the Butter Chicken was not that great. I couldn’t manage it so I asked the waitress to take it back. Spring rolls: Fresh and crunchy! I like the texture. But I would love a more savoury and meaty filling. Spicy Seafood Ramen: Regina got this. She really liked it. The soup was tasty but I prefer the Miso Ramen.

🍹 Drinks: I got the Strawberry Smoothie and Regina got the Pineapple. They were so good 👍🏼.

⏰ Timing: The food took a little while but definitely worth it! We were attended to immediately we got there.

🤝 Customer Service: The waitress was so kind and friendly. She looked so concerned when I didn’t like the butter chicken. She took it back and brought another one that tasted slightly better. I appreciated the effort!

💡 Atmosphere: Nice lighting, colourful decorations, clean and calm environment.

The service here was awful. My partner and I were placed at a table by the door, and were forgotten 2-3 times.. The first time after being seated we sat for about 30 minutes with no menus, water, anything.

I went up and spoke to the waitress at the front asking for drinks and a menu and pointed out that we had been there for about 30 minutes now.. we get waters and a menu (ipad), place our order on the ipad and waited about 45 minutes and still hadnt seen a waitress. My partner heads up to speak to someone to make sure our order went through. It turns out they had the order but somehow missed/forgot about us?

Food finally starts to come 15-20 min later. No one checks up on us at all after this. All other tables seem to be getting serviced, but ours. We had to walk up and ask for our receipt to pay since our table was forgotten again.. we were there for just over 2 hours, and honestly had the worst service either of us have ever experienced. The food was amazing, and honestly the only good part about this experience.

We were still charged full price for our meal, the waitress even acknowledged the bad service and mistakes made but didnt apologize or discount anything..

In all honesty this place is bad. Service.. food and general. We waited over an hour for our food. The rolls were so loose we were eatting with our hands and the ramen soup was cool when it arrived at the table. I could understand if it was busy.. but we were one of two tables that were there. The only dish that stood out for us (party of 5) was the crab tampura. 100% not going back. Dont waist your time on this one. The ramen broth was not like any of the pictures ive seen on the earlier reviews it was murky and very displeasing. We used the call help button to get the waitress and was about 20 minuits later that my daughter walked up to her and she was told to go sit down and she will be at our table in a second. Was a half hour in total of waiting. "Happy birthday" to my daughter. She was looking forward to the ramen and sushi and we were all completely dissapointed. Nearly 200$ and we left around 6 pm.
