This is my first time trying Coco Pickering and the experience to order was amazing! I ordered ahead on the App and my order was ready in less than 10 min.

I actually got caught in traffic on the way there, but my drink held up so well.

When I got to the store, there was a little bit of a crowd but thankfully not too many people. The staff are taking great COVID19 precautions at this store.

I tried the Pearl Milk Tea and it was so good! My sister orders the Caramel Milk Tea and I had the chance to try it. It was really tasty!

The App experience was also one of the best I've experienced. I love how easy it is to navigate and I like that I can see my past order details. I think Coco is doing a great job with their drinks and their order experience.

I tried CoCo for the first time in their Markham location and fell in LOVE, then tried out different locations and so visited this location for the first time and it sadly wasn't the best experience. I got a mango slush with pearls for take away and when I got to my car and put the straw in, a lot of the drink just oozed out from the side and I see its because the seal on top wasn't placed/sealed correctly. I wiped it off and considerable amount was gone, but the drink itself was bad :( It was so watered down and I know the taste isn't like that at all! Also I got the drink in a paper cup which I haven't had ever, and I don't mind that but I don't know if that affected the seal with...

Love this location especially since it's near my house! I come regularly and never seem to have a problem. Went in today, took around 10 mins to place an order, all good tho since the employee had loads of drinks to make! I placed my order and asked for 30% sugar like I normally would and waited an abnormal amount but she was busy, it was just her on shift so I understand. I got my drink and left but when I drank it at home it was crazy sweet so I think my ice and sugar levels were completely ignored..? Hopefully next time I come this won't happen! Came here on a whim. Ordered strawberry latte and a brown sugar petal latte. Both were good. It was somewhat busy. The. Ordered a strawberry banana latte and sago mango green tea to go. These were Significantly better!! The place was clean with great seating area. The service was okay. Not much interaction. Would recommend. The prices were comparable to other bubble tea places in the area.

Not much interaction with staff but they were helpful with looking up points in my account. They were also patient in explaining different toppings to other customers. Efficient and short and sweet customer service ✨👍🏼

By far, the nicest Coco location I've ever been to. The decor is beautiful and modern and everything is shiny clean. The drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
