I went to this BR on Tuesday. Raquel the manager served me. She was very unprofessional. She was huffing and puffing when I asked her 2 times if she could move some of the ice cream over and wash the scoops because of a nut allergy. She seemed as if she didn't want to do this and was annoyed by the ask and said it doesn't matter if she does this or not. I advised her that other locations have not had an issue and that they recommended this. She went ahead and did it.
I got 2 kiddie scoops as per her request but was unaware that my coupon was only valid for a 4oz ice cream when I buy 1 I get one 50% off. She started to get upset because I didn't want the other one anymore and I didn't know this was not included and she was insisting I take it and got upset. But I did not and she told me next time I should read the coupon before ordering. Sorry I am only human. No need to be rude. I didnt do this on purpose to bug you!
I called to speak to a manager today about her not being pleasant with her customer service experience. I got some girl on the phone who said the store manager will be in tomorrow morning as Raquel is the manager right now and i didnt want to speak to her. A few seconds later Raquel called me upset asking why I am complaining to a manager about her. I explained because of her customer service yesterday with the nut allergy. She then decided to insult me and say yes complain to mgr and bring your coupon too. Instead of apologizing about her behaviour. I told her she is so unprofessional as this has nothing to do with a coupon simply her unprofessionalism of getting upset because she didn't want to scoop icecream from another part of the container. And this justifies the reason of my call. She then proceeded to say ok call ill tell my mgr what happened to as if I am fabricating this.
I am not sure how she got a job as a mgr to insult me like this is awful. We go to BR many times and NEVER ever experienced anything like this. We will never go back again. Thanks for the great service Raquel.

Read moreI am very disappointed with this location. As with another review I seen on here there is always issues with the lines. There is no organization to them and somehow there is always 2 lines. In addition to this, the flavour of the month was advertised (Galactic Brownie) and I was really excited to give it a try since it reminded me of my favourite childhood snack. When I went at the beginning of the month they didn't have it in stock. I figured this was because they were still waiting for it. I went back 3 more times within different weeks and each time it wasn't there. So before I went back a 4th time I called and was greeted very rudely on the phone when I asked if they have it and if they will be getting it. The woman on the phone snapped at me when I asked the second portion of the question. Overall... if you're going to advertise a flavour you should at least have it otherwise don't bother...
Read moreWe got a birthday cake from this location. It was a an ice cream + cake selection. By the looks of the cake it was a fantastic job done, kids were very happy to see it. The ice cream was also good, however, the cake base was awful and ruined the experience for us all on an important day. The chocolate cake was very hard and tasted as if it was several days old. Now we were advised by the store to keep the cake in the fridge and take it out 10-15 minutes before serving. The instructions were followed and one would expect the cake should feel spongy when you run a spoon through it, cutting through effortlessly without needing to press too hard to lift a piece and take a bite and chew it with struggle. Unfortunately, nobody could eat the cake everybody just had some ice cream.
