Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Pickering

There needs to be attention brought to the fact I am upset that I just spent 31$ bringing in a 12.99 coupon to get 2 subs+ one more sub. It should not have been 31$.

It was because I added bacon to my sub. 6$ to add bacon to 2 subs. I might as well have bought a whole other sub!!

Or I could have enjoyed the subway club.

I was so close to telling her to open all of my subs up because even after telling her I wanted them all toasted, she packaged one without toasting it. Then packaged the other 2. When i paid, i paid 21$ at first. And I was about to leave. Then she says are you going to pay for your third???

So... you didn't toast one sub like i asked...

You then charge me 6$ for bacon which is REDICULOUS!

Then make me pay twice? And not put everything into one bill?

Very lucky I didn't just walk out and leave the subs there.

How can I even enjoy it now?

The man that works there is amazing. He knows what he is doing. Disappointed...

Had been going here since the new owners took over, once per week, ten months of the year. Received an email for a free 6 inch classic sub for my birthday. Had to be redeemed within 7 days. Went to redeem at this location and according to the staff it was not coming up, even though I had the email addressed to me. The owner came over and I said it is not working. His response, "Not my problem you need to call them". I said I do not think so, he needed to problem solve this situation. He offered nothing, even though there are available coupons. He maintained it was my problem. Sad that franchise owners do not follow the rules given to them by corporate. So, I fared his business farewell. I will not be back. The $700 -$800 I spend at his store will be spent where my business is...

The guy working there must be having a bad day. I finally went here after a long while. His crappy service and crappily made subs make me never wanna return. I downloaded the app to get a footlong with the 2nd half off. No deal. I also scanned my app to get a free drink and chip. Nothing. I didn't wanna bother him so I left without redeeming any offers. What a disappointing place. I think Subway is better. I had the ULTIMATE club. Nothing ultimate about it. My son got the rib sub and the guy really put the BBQ sauce on top the veggies and none on the bare rib meat. Lol what a joke. This guy needs to be fired. A franchise will never work with...
