Probably the worst fast food experience I've encountered.

Ordered through the app for drive thru pick up a BLT Chicken burger. They reiterated my order when I arrived at the drive through speaker.

After I drove off my wife took a few bites and told me that there was no tomato and bacon like I ordered.

We turned back and I went through the drive thru again and informed the same guy that they didn't give me the BLT version but the regular Chicken cruncher version. I gave him back the chicken burger which my wife had already take 3 bites out of and he said "one minute" he comes back and hands me a bag(no apologies or acknowledgement) as we drive off, my wife opens the bag and pulls out the SAME burger we gave him and all they did was put a tomato and strip of bacon back in our original burger.

First off, I expected them to throw out the burger they gave us and give us a new/fresh BLT Chicken cruncher. Second, the fact that they touched our eaten burger and added it after the fact is TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC!

At this point, drive-thru wasn't working so I went in and spoke to the guy yet again. He explained everything and said that I wanted a new burger. No apology or acknowledgement yet again and I had to wait 9mins for a fresh burger. Once again, no apology or acknowledgement. The whole agonizing ordeal was 33mins in total for a simple pre-ordered drive thru...

Went in to order a take away. Did that because I always get the wrong order in drive through. The guy working there asked me 3 times what I was ordering. Made me nervous. I then waited for about 15 minutes. I specifically said a spicy chicken combo with fries and a pop. After 15 minutes a girl handed me a very small bag. No fries.... Then the guy tried to charge me for fries. I thought I had paid for them as the bill was $13.06. Of course it was more because I didn't get charged for combo, just separate stuff. So after such a delightful experience he would not give me my fries. Very poor customer service. He made the mistake because he wasn't listening. He made no attempt to fix it. Apparently at this place you get whatever and like it! I will never be back and will pass it on. Unacceptable. Do better. Anyone can make a mistake, that's fine but comp the fries after the long wait. Took me about 25 minutes just to walk out very angry. I will be filing a complaint. It was that...

This location is busy on a regular basis and this time seemed as though staff was really struggling. Food came out in a timely manner however after confronting our server on the sweet cream mixed berry drink I had thought I order I was quick faced with a very angry server that said I should have known when he asked if it was a smoothie that I would not be receiving it as a sweet cream. I simply wanted to know as I love the sweet cream drinks and wouldn't have ordered it again due to the fact it was very none dairy due to the fact it had no sweet cream like a smoothie but with no yogurt just a blended fruit puree, I had two drinks and had to throw it out. I was very disappointed that I was yelled at infront of the restaurant for their own mistake and just ended up walking away. Very poor...
