Food was as expected. Huge portions. Tasty stuff. Was a pick up order.

All the staff working tables seemed friendly and engaging.

The young lady who met me at the entrance and retrieved my order was neither.

I'm not asking for much, but when a customer says "Thank You, Kindly" and "Hope you have a great day"

A simple "you're welcome" or "you too" is significantly more pleasant than silence and a look that says "You're inconveniencing me"

When you pay 12 bucks a pop for a plate of breakfast? Maybe being a standoffish, scowling, See You Next Tuesday isn't the way to go.

We were in town for a hockey tournament. Our reservation was made ahead of time so that they were prepared for us. Approx 50 people ordered at the same time and staff were hopping! Food was excellent!

• for future teams: pre order before going would be a great option. Also, remind servers if you have another game in a few hours so that players can be served first😊. One of our coaches has many allergies. He called ahead to inquire about options and we were amazed at how accomodating the kitchen was. Not only do they have the best gluten free bread, they sent him home with a loaf after he asked for the name of it! I went and the sever was trying to speed us through our meal. Then the bottom of my eggs had black and grey spots on them from the grill not being cleaned properly . I told the sever she just ignored me and said it from the grill. Didn’t apologize or offer a discount or new eggs. Then the owners wife come out and told me they clean the grill twice a day and they take pride and cleaning the grill. I told her it was from the brick and I’m not cleaning the grill properly and she argued with me. She offered me a $40 gift card, but not my money back .
