TL;DR: Terrible service, overcharged for drinks

Worst service I have ever had in my life. We went tonight (June 27th, 2018) at around 6-730pm. When we ordered initially we made clear the bill was seperate. When the order came one of our friends just didn't get any of his order and two of our friends were missing their celery and blue cheese. I asked for drink refills and we waited. And waited. The waitress was busy, she was the only one on staff and I understand that completely. Coming from food service I am very understanding about this. However, she would not look at us and was giving us no updates or apologies for forgetting our items. When the refills came finally we asked about the celery and blue cheese that was had ordered at the beginning, and she told us it was extra, and acted as if we hadn't already ordered it and mentioned we didn't have it. My friend asked twice for a takeout order but shes must not have heard. I spoke up and got it ordered. When we were done the bill was brought all on one and we went up to correct the issue. We were met with "they ordered so sporadically". If our order was placed properly the first time (maybe writing it down?????) we wouldn't have had to ask for our items multiple times. It was a disaster trying to split the bill and two of us were charged for an extra drink, which we tried to explain but it didn't work out so we just paid and left so we could get out of there. Tried Moes tap and wings for the first time. Walked in immediately was greeted by a random guy playing pool friendly person said hi back. Went to a booth. Within a short couple of mins was greeted by a waitress very friendly to my wife and I. Got us our drinks and a menu. We had the Moes Platter. Food was brought to us relatively quickly. We dug In. Fries were Amazing! I’ve had many different fries from many places and these made It into the top 3, very good they wereThe perfect crispy with a nice spice. The onion rings perfect (I’m not a onion ring lover but these were actually good). The chicken fingers were SO good! Soft and crispy. The sauce for the chicken was really fresh and delicious. The pizza rolls 👍👍 and the mozzarella sticks, my wife had the cheese stretch almost a foot. Very very good. The platter fed us both and we left with our bellies full.

Prices were average, we weren’t sticker shocked looking at the menu. Which with inflation these days we have been sticker shocked at some restaurants

Will be going back can’t wait to try other items...

We ate chicken wings here at the end on May and I hesitated to do a review but I was really disappointed with the burnt offering we got. I wanted to like the place because it was clean and the waitress was nice but the 2 lb of wings were cooked to death. They were hard as a rock 🎸 and I really was looking forward to them. Serving food like this is very short sighted because I would have come back regularly if the cook had just redone the error. I was just going for my first time to put my boat in and would have been a regular. My only mistake was not sending them back.
