Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Port Colborne

It was nice that Tim Hortons staff advertised when you close during the Christmas break. However, if you're changing your opening hours with the place lit up like a Christmas tree, how about we post those hours as well? Myself, amongst many others Sat there this morning waiting for someone to take our orders. After driving around and looking at the door seeing the only hours that were posted were closing, one would assume you would be open at the same time. Service is good but he only reason i writing this message is because on November 5 around 130 I went in this location to have my lunch which I couldnt enjoy thanks to this lady on the counter Suzanne there was a young lady seems like she was new and this woman Suzanne was humiliate her in front of her coworkers and other customers everyone has the right to work in an environment free of harassment if she needed to talk to this young woman she could have talk to her in private and not tell her that she was going to report her to management if she is a manager or supervisor she need to be...

Would love to thank you for the trip to hospital after what was suppose to be a Large English Breakfast tea triple triple with chocolate milk in it......it is bad enough my daughter returned it once for being the wrong order and now after taking a big swig of it with a English Breakfast bag in it to find out the person behind the counter used a peppermint tea bag and didn't dump it but simply changed bags sending me into an aneflactic reaction.......you seriously need to hire better staff this happened about 7pm may 10th 2018.....i appreciate the stress to my body and family for your...
